- LHLen HardyAug 13, 20263.0I hate to leave a bad review, because they have been good in the past, but lately, the quality has plummeted. The bread is so tough it is almost inedible. I thought the bread was made fresh daily, but apparently not, or either they are baking it for too long. On top of that, they have been out of mayo packets and the amount of mayo they put on the sandwich is a joke, so it is not only hard bread, but dry too. For someone with TMJ, it really is difficult.

Unfortunately, we experienced several issues with the order. The sandwiches were not labeled, making it difficult to identify each person's meal. Additionally, there was no notation on the order identifying the sandwich selections. We also did not receive any condiments with the order. As this was a large team order, these issues created unnecessary confusion and made meal distribution more challenging than expected. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that it can be addressed for future orders. We appreciate your time and look forward to your response.
