  I love Jimmy John’s. My bad review goes for the team that was working on Sunday, June 28th 2026. I was with my two kids and entered at 9:30 pm and ordered 3 Turkey Tom’s. After the order was paid the manager said that the lobby was closed so I asked if he wanted us to leave and he answered “No, you don’t need to leave” so we sat on a table assuming that we could eat there. When the order was ready he then told us “Here is you order and now you need to leave”. He should have told us that before taking the order and let us decide if we wanted to go to another restaurant.

  Ordered a sub delivery. Called twice after an hour went by, first time they didn’t give me any information and the second time an hour and 40 mins later they told me they sent the order to the wrong house. The worker asked if they can give me a discounted sub and the manager said no. (I could hear the manager)
