Much improved over last time, when I went when it first opened. The pasta was undercooked but I held off on my review because I figured they were rushing cause of how busy it was. Much better improvement.

The energy here is truly remarkable! It has been quite some time since I've encountered such exceptional customer service. The food presentation was impeccable, and the aroma was absolutely delightful. While it was a little understated in flavor for my children and me, there are various seasonings available at the table, and additional options can be requested. However, the wonderful atmosphere, the positive energy, and the genuine authenticity of the staff made any minor culinary preferences completely inconsequential.

Well, you know how they say first impressions are last impressions. So my first time today trying Fazoli’s and I pulled up at the drive-through I kid you not I sat there for about five minutes no response at all so I pulled around. There were two cars ahead of me and I waited so when I got to the window I explained to the cashier guy that no one ever answered to take my order. I placed my order, got my food and then the taste of the food I give it a 6/10 it wasn’t even that good.

Uhhhhh… why would anyone think to serve someone pizza like this? I was actually offended to receive this. Not only is it visibly burnt, but why stack the slices? All of the cheese from the bottom slice was stuck to the back of the top slice by time I got home. Disappointed. Steer clear of their pizza slices.
I wish I could bump this to more of a 4.5 but it is what it is.
I've gone to Fazoli's three separate times now and feel it's time to share my experience.
The first time, we hit the drive-thru as it wasn't busy. Ordered for the house, 3 pasta dishes and a 12 pack of breadsticks. Service was fairly quick and we didn't have to wait long. However, by the time I got home, I realized we only had 6 breadsticks, 2 per pasta. The receipt even said we should have 18. Now, I saw Steve's eMail in another review and decided to reach out rather than leave a review based on one experience. He immediately apologized and offered a replacement next visit.
Second visit, I came with a buddy during our lunch break and sat inside. Sure enough, I got my replacement breadsticks. Inside, the service was fairly prompt, food was hot. I was surprised to see actual silverware, rather than plastic like other fast food places. Overall, it was a great experience.
Third visit was pretty rough. This time, I came as part of a double date with my wife, my same buddy from the second visit and his girlfriend. This was around 6pm so kinda busy since everyone is getting off of work. My buddy and his girl order first, I got the second register, and my order was placed almost immediately after theirs. However, my wife and I's food did not come out until nearly 25 or 30 minutes AFTER our friends. And after we asked 3 separate employees who all came back and would say it was coming right up. Now our food was nice and hot which is good. But I did check the time when we finally got it. 6:56pm. Our receipt said we ordered at 6:16pm. This is longer than sit down restaurants are, and frankly not okay.
However, this place has only been open less than a month. Systems still need to be put into place and kinks in the pipe worked out. This won't deter me from coming back. But it does need to be known so it can be addressed and fixed, so others don't have this experience. The food all three times has been stellar. Especially the breadsticks. I hope Fazoli's sticks around and folks continue to eat here.
