Subject: Customer Service Concern – April 16, 2026
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to bring attention to an incident that occurred today, April 16, 2026, between approximately 6:30 and 7:00 AM. I am a frequent and loyal customer, and I visit your establishment regularly for my morning coffee.
This morning, as usual, I placed my order through the drive-thru. The employee who assisted me initially provided good service, scanned my app, and I completed my payment without any issue. As is common during busy times, I was asked to pull forward and wait in the parking area behind the building.
However, on this occasion, there was no available space for me to park my work vehicle. While I was trying to figure out where to go, the employee at the drive-thru window leaned out and began shouting at me to move forward in a frustrated and impatient tone. I responded by asking her not to yell, explaining that there was no available space to park, but she continued raising her voice as if that would resolve the situation.
Shortly after, I managed to park by occupying multiple spaces, which unfortunately caused additional congestion in the back area. After waiting several minutes, only part of my order was brought out. To avoid creating further traffic, I decided to drive back around to the front to request the rest of my order.
Once there, I asked for the employee’s name and requested to speak with the manager, who had not yet arrived. I admit that, given the situation, I addressed the employee in a somewhat upset manner and expressed that this was not an appropriate way to speak to customers. She did provide her name, and there were other employees present who witnessed the situation.
In conclusion, I believe that neither the employee nor I intended to start the day on a negative note. However, it is clear that the high demand and volume of customers may be exceeding the current operational capacity, leading to a lack of control and organization during peak hours.
Despite this incident, I want to emphasize that I will continue to be a loyal customer. I simply hope that this feedback can help improve communication and service during busy times.
