    I don’t recommend this location .. very rude and not worth the time and effort to spend your hard earned money.. just simply go to another location ..

    I have been coming to this location for quite some time now and service nine times out of ten is horrible. The lady who is always working drive through register is always so rude with the worst attitude. I had questions about my order today as it was made incorrectly and was met by her and the other younger guy making the ice creams rude attitude saying I was wrong they than proceeded to slam the window shut. Multiple times I have gotten a chocolate icecream and paid and they than say they are out of chocolate and can’t do refunds so I have to get vanilla. They’re lucky this is the closest location and I’m a munch for some dq

    Horrible experience all together. Staff was very unfriendly, tried to rush me out before I evened received my order. Then once I left, I found a 3/4 inch screw inside my blizzard.

    Purely leaving this review because the customer service with this one lady with red hair at the window was incredibly rude and short and would not let us have a split payment just something simple as that and then proceeded to crumble up in my receipt so I couldn’t have the rewards and just was very short with us unnecessarily.

    Ive gone here for the last time. The employee handled the trash can as he was making my son's blizzard. I asked him to remake it and he got a horrible attitude. Not sanitary.
