I turned right back around and I said I guess I’ll just take a chance and go to the one on Gaines. When I tell you this location was spotless. It smelled like fresh cleaning products with a hint of cilantro and lime in the air of course from the food. All the food was stocked and looked delicious . The difference was actually insane. I found out I can’t stock my reward points so that was a bummer but other than that good job Gaines Street!

Customer service skills and knowledge of the product are both sorely lacking. Hopefully Chipolte will remedy, as this behavior can only happen when your clientele are young college students.
