  Waited in line for a mobile order for almost 30 minutes after putting the order in 10 minutes prior to arriving just to get the wrong meat no cheese, queso or sour cream

  Disgusting. The tables in this restaurant are ALWAYS dirty. I would never eat food from here. AVOID.

  I walked into this chipotle on a saturday at 5:15 expecting a long line, I got to the front of the line at 6:00 and they had completely ran out of rice. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait and after waiting 30 minutes I asked for an update. I explained to a manager, by the name of Lay/Ley, how long i had been waiting and she passive aggressively told me that the store wouldn’t have rice for another hour because the rice was being used for online orders and that I should call her boss if I had a problem with that. Keep in mind, the in store order line started at the door and not 1 person was waiting for an online order. Having customers wait an hour and a half and directing them to call your supervisor is horrendous customer service. Every customer in store proceeded to leave. There’s no reason that customers in your store should be valued less than online orders. DO NOT GO HERE

  Ran out of all rice, beans and steak at dinner time! First time visiting this store. They had no rice, beans or steak and said it would be a 30 minute wait for rice. Not sure if this is a one time thing or just bad management. Do better!

  Where do I even start. My friend and I stood in a line out the door for over 30 minutes, and when we finally got to the front we were told they had NO PROTEIN. How does that even happen? While people piled up out the door, one employee just stood there staring into space, not helping, not cleaning, nothing while the store around her was an actual disaster. Trash overflowing. Surfaces filthy. And then when she finally did move, she was slamming rice containers and quesadillas around like she was furious at the food itself. The attitude coming off her toward every single person in that line was unreal, my friend and I felt like we were personally inconveniencing her by being customers. Portions were a joke too, easily half the normal size. Then it got worse. Kids meals come with a bag of chips. When we asked for ours, the girl at the register got flat out snippy and told us they "didn't have any," while I was looking directly at stacked bags of chips right behind her. We had to practically beg to get ONE normal bag, which we then had to split between the two of us, and got charged for anyway. If it comes with the meal and you don't have it, you don't get to charge me for it. Rude, aggressive, disorganized, filthy, and slow beyond belief. Never in my life has has anyone talked to me or disrespected me the way they did. Especially from someone who is on the clock. Workers include one African American Woman with a septum piercing working the front food. The lady at the register was blonde and I believe had glasses. This happened around 3pm on 09/01/2026. I would rather move my car from Traditions and drive to a completely different Chipotle than EVER step foot in this one again. IFYKYK.
