I ordered two bowls one with double regular chicken and the other honey chicken. He told the cashier that I had 2 double chicken. I told the cashier no, I only have one with double chicken and I will be redeeming my points for the one with double chicken. When I received my receipt, he charged me for 2 double chicken. The Asian looking guy the prepared my food said no both was double chicken. I said again, I have no reason to lie. Then a female employee grabs my food and says she doesn't like anyone yelling at her coworker. I wasn't yelling I did have an little attitude. She begins to opens both bowls. She didn't even but on a new pair of gloves. She saw that I was indeed telling the truth. She asked did I want the extra chicken on the side. No, I want my money back. It took about thirty minutes for then to figure out how to give me back my money. Then she wants to go back and forth with me. Because I said I told you I had no reason to lie. So I went to a different Chipotle. I will not be going back to that location again. What ever happened to the good customers service. Think God I asked for a recipe
