  It's a pigsty. No ice, no napkins and no lids for your cup. The employees are shutting down the restaurant over an hour before closing and couldn't care less. I have given Chipotle my last dollar. Good luck

  If I could leave a zero I would have! Tried to order earlier and Ended up leaving because they had zero protein, so we went shopping and Ordered a bowl online for pick up and it was like soup. It was literally leaking all over the bag and everywhere. When we opened it it’s like they added beans without draining the liquid. When I asked for them to fix it the manager was trying to tell me it always comes like that. After an additional 30 minutes, I finally just stood in line and ordered again! Such poor management. I hope chipotle makes changes.

  The employee forgot to give me my chips even though I paid for them. I drove home and realized I didn’t have them, so I had to drive all the way back to get them. When I returned, she handed me a bag with a very small amount of chips—barely one handful. I asked if I could have a little more since I had been inconvenienced and had to drive back to the store to get the chips I had already paid for. She said no, then turned around and completely ignored me. Horrible customer service and a very disappointing experience.

  Just had the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at this location. It was only my 2nd time ever visiting a chipotle. The line cook was loudly announcing “no chicken for 15 minutes” as the line of people stood there. After yelling several times out to the crowd, she rudely asked me “Did you hear me?” Having been first in line, directly in front of her, I said yes. “What do u want?” She asked in an extremely aggressive tone. “I’ll just have ground beef” I said. “We don’t have that!” She yells back. “What do you have?” I ask. She annoyingly points at 2 bins of dried-out gross looking unrecognizable meat. I settle for one of the mystery meats & move on. Seconds later, I’m told no more queso, it’s gone. Guacamole is gone too. No mention of “let me get some more” or “so sorry” or “would you like to wait a min?” Nothing. Just told it’s gone & nothing else. After settling for half of what I’d want (disappointed teenagers as well - 3 of us total), I approached the cashier, asked if I could use the “free chips & salsa” reward that was plastered on every table & sign in there. I had already signed up in the store but didn’t see where the reward was or how to use it. I ask the cashier for what to do or how to use it. She said “I don’t know. I don’t know how to work your phone.” Without much more conversation, I pay full price & sit down with my daughters. Immediately upon looking back at my phone, I realize the rewards code is down in the below menu bar & return to the counter to try to redeem, especially eager since my daughters are very disappointed already without the food they wanted - namely no chips at all (I didn’t realize you don’t get chips with your $12 meal like every where else) nor any queso or Guac. I notice they now have queso & Guac available again magically not 30 secs after we just check out & was told no more. She offers no acknowledgment whatsoever that she just refused it to us less than 1 min prior. Doesn’t apologize or anything. I ask again to use the code now & show her the QR code. She tries to put the order in & have me scan the QR code reward. She says “sorry I can’t. It says you have to purchase something.” I respond, “I just did. I spent $40.” She can’t figure out what to do so asks if I want the manager. I agree assuming it’s not an issue. The same rude line cook comes over & begins aggressively yelling at me that it’s not her job to know how to work my phone, asking me if I am I trying to tell her how to do her job, then continuing yelling “what do you want me to do?” & a slew of other insulting comments. I respond in utter shock that I assume she as the manager would want to offer customer service to a customer who is asking for help. At this point I’m so frustrated & was publicly insulted in front of a busy store full of customers. This is so crazy! So rude! Such an angry atmosphere for no reason! TERRIBLE MANAGER! Horrible customer service. Worst restaurant I’ve ever been in. Ive never been yelled by at by a manager ever, especially for something so simple. Mind you the chips & Guac are directly next to her this whole time that she screaming at me “what am I supposed to do?!” A resolution was so simple, easy & obvious - it’s nuts. I was kind, courteous & calm yet met with an attitude like I’ve never experienced. I’ve never posted a complaint against anyone or any store but this was outrageous. Honestly this manager should be fired for aggressive behavior, yelling & berating customers. I know this can’t be an isolated incident if it was this bad & so public in front of a full store.

  The biggest problem with chipotle is the inconsistency, when you walk in you still pay the same 10 dollars but you don't know what quality that is buying you that day. However, the reason I wrote this review is I went to chipotle today and recieved the most delicious, well seasoned, well portioned, most jaw dropping chipotle bowl I've ever recieved in my entire history of chipotle, even pre-covid. Thank you to this specific chipotle, to the guy who spooned the stuff into the bowl, and the angel who cooked everything today. Made my day 🥹
