  This location does a good job on the food and their service is typically really good, but it is always very dirty with many tables uncleaned, trash containers full, and food & debris scattered on the floor everywhere. The cleanliness is an issue both in the dining area and in the food prep area behind the counter.

  I had gone in for lunch and it was phenomenal, the 2 young men working on the line were great help I didn’t ask for their names but they were working very efficiently together, I had asked about the new chicken since I really enjoyed the honey chicken, (sad to see it go) but the man said that it was chicken with cilantro and some lime juice and he had convinced me to get it and it did not disappoint! It is definitely going to be my new regular protein when I go to chipotle. They had the line going fast, Very good management and well done to those 2 men. Glad to see the kids still got it!

  My experience at this particular Chipotle location on Tallahassee Road in Florida was unfortunately disappointing. I had gone in expecting the usual Chipotle experience, but several aspects of my visit left me feeling like the location did not meet the standards I would normally expect from the restaurant. One of the first things I noticed was the attitude of the employees. The workers did not seem especially friendly, welcoming, or enthusiastic about helping customers. While I understand that employees can have busy or stressful shifts, the overall interaction felt somewhat cold and uninviting. A simple friendly greeting or a more positive attitude can make a significant difference in a customer's experience, especially at a restaurant where customers are supposed to feel comfortable ordering and asking questions. Instead, the service felt rushed and impersonal. Another major issue was the portion sizes. The amount of food I received seemed noticeably smaller than what I have come to expect from Chipotle. One of the reasons people choose Chipotle is because they generally expect a filling meal with a reasonable amount of food for the price. Unfortunately, the portions at this location felt quite small, which made the meal feel less satisfying and made the price seem harder to justify. I understand that portion sizes can vary somewhat depending on the employee and the ingredients being served, but the portions during my visit were disappointing overall. The food itself was also not particularly appealing. The presentation did not look very appetizing, and the meal did not have the fresh, appealing appearance that I would normally associate with Chipotle. Unfortunately, the taste was just as disappointing. The food did not seem especially flavorful or enjoyable, and overall it was not a meal that I would be excited to order again. When you combine food that does not taste particularly good with small portions, the experience becomes even more frustrating. Overall, this visit left me disappointed with this particular Chipotle location on Tallahassee Road. The combination of unfriendly service, small portion sizes, and food that was neither visually appealing nor especially enjoyable in taste made the experience fall short of my expectations. I have had better experiences at other Chipotle locations, so I do not necessarily think this reflects every Chipotle restaurant. However, based on my visit to this specific location, I would be hesitant to return unless there were noticeable improvements in customer service, portion sizes, food presentation, and overall food quality. For the price, I expect a meal that is satisfying, fresh-looking, flavorful, and served by employees who are at least reasonably friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, this location did not deliver that experience during my visit.

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at this chipotle. The food did not look fresh at all, and the overall quality was very disappointing. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When I asked for more chicken in my bowl, the employee actually tried to convince me not to get it instead of simply accommodating my request. This same employee then added a tiny scoop of chicken into my bowl. The whole interaction was really frustrating. I had actually been warned beforehand not to come to this location, but I decided to give it a chance anyway. Unfortunately, the person who warned me was absolutely right. I expected much better from Chipotle. Between the lack of freshness, poor customer service, and overall experience, I will not be returning to this location. Extremely disappointed.

  I’m honestly sick and tired of this location trying to charge extra for a normal portion of chicken lol. My entire order was two side cups of chicken and one cup of rice. One of the managers literally told the employee to dump out both of my chicken cups and refill them with exactly one small scoop each because she thought the original portions were “too much.” After all that, my total still came out to $9.14 when it’s normally around $8, so the entire situation was petty and completely unnecessary. If I’m paying for two 4 oz cups of chicken, I shouldn’t have to argue just to receive a reasonable amount. It’s honestly disappointing that filling the cups properly is so overwhelming… and apparently too much to ask 😔💔🥀 Every other employee at this location has a fantastic attitude and does an amazing job.
