Other people walked out too, so I assume they were out of other food too. And the fact they've been closing wayyy earlier than the official closing time speaks VOLUMES about the leadership and management involved at 1801 West Tennessee Street, Chipotle. Do NOT EAT HERE. It's dirty, it smells, and the WORKERS TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT AND IGNORE YOU. They do NOT WANT to SERVE anyone. This location needs a complete revamp and a completely new staff that doesn't hate their life. Is that too much to ask, to care about the job YOU SIGNED UP FOR? I guess so. Do not waste your money here. Barrio has 1 guy working the entire store, and the 1 guy by HIMSELF, provides better service AND better, FRESH food. Go to Barrios Burrito Bar or hell, even Moe's, but avoid ALL CHIPOTLE LOCATIONS, ESPECIALLY THE ONE WEST TENNESSEE STREET. Your time AND money, WILL be wasted. These "workers" just don't care to work.

We have visited multiple times, and the experience is always the same: trash on the floor, dirty tables, flies everywhere, and filthy restrooms.Worse, the staff regularly turns customers away. Three hours before closing, employees claim they are completely out of staples like chips, guac, and lettuce. During our last visit, we watched a dozen customers walk out because of this. It seems the staff simply refuses to work, which is a shame because this location has so much potential. The owners deserve to know that their employees are actively driving business away and ruining a fantastic brand's reputation.
