My daughter Ashleigh has already shared the details of what happened in her review, but I wanted to take a moment to share what the kindness of the employees at this Chick-fil-A meant to ME. When your child calls you crying and overwhelmed, telling you her car is breaking down, and you’re hundreds of miles away, there is a helplessness that is hard to describe. Every instinct in you says, “I need to get to my baby,” but you simply can’t. That day, complete strangers stepped in when I couldn’t. The employees here saw that Ashleigh was struggling. They showed her compassion, took care of her lunch, and then Matthew, the manager, actually came outside and spent around 15 minutes looking at her car and trying to help her figure out what was wrong — even making sure she knew he wasn’t a mechanic. He didn’t have to do that. None of them had to do any of it. They could have simply handed her food through the window and moved on to the next customer. Instead, they saw a human being having a terrible day and chose kindness. As her mom, I cannot adequately express what that means to me. You fed my daughter, you helped her, you reassured her, and most importantly, you made her feel like she wasn’t alone at a moment when her mom and stepdad desperately wished we could be there. There are things people do that may seem small to them but become something another person never forgets. This is one of those things. Matthew and everyone who showed my daughter kindness that day: THANK YOU. ❤️ Thank you for taking care of my girl when I couldn’t. Thank you for reminding her — and me — that there are still really good people in this world. This momma will never forget what you did for her, and I hope every bit of kindness you showed her finds its way back to each of you tenfold. ❤️ This location deserves far more than five stars.

Rarely do I have any problems and if I do they are always quick to resolve the issue and make it up to me. That’s not what I want to talk about in this review though, I want to talk about how I was having a horrible day and my car was breaking down in their drive thru and come to find out I had ordered my food at the wrong location. I was on the verge of a melt down, it was one of those times when everything just piles on and you feel like you are going to break. The employees at this location saw what was going on and that I was struggling and I mentioned what was going on with my car and next thing I knew they had taken care of my order, and when I got up to the window the manger told me to hop out of my car so he could take a look and see if he could help. Matthew spent fifteen minutes looking over my car and trying to help the best he could even though he warned me he was not a mechanic. I wish I could remember everyone’s names who help me today so I could thank them all personally by name but I hope that they see this and know I am so grateful to them. They went above and beyond for me today and let me know that they had my back, a complete stranger! I will never forget this experience and I am so grateful to them for showing me their are still great people in the world. I don’t know another fast food restaurant that cares this much. Thank you guys!

The city really needs to step in and figure out a solution to this problem that has already caused multiple accidents. The flow of parking/drive-thru traffic needs to be re-routed for public safety.

I heard a manager talk less than sweetly to a boy saying “7 minutes is too long to expedite these orders!” I’d say parking is difficult. We ended up ordering via drive through because the drive through guests were not letting cars through to park and the line went down the street a ways. So we ordered and parked and went in sat down with our drive through meal. It was fine. There were open tables (I know why) they do have a play area that seemed like the little kids were enjoying.
