  First of all the employees were phenomenal and helped me get a better deal and better sandwich than I would have initially. Secondly the double chicken sandwich was immaculate and the best one I've had by far and it's not even close! Over all this place needs to be everywhere in the country and I'm sad we don't have one local where I live!

  I'm so annoyed. My uncle placed an order on the app. There is no option to say no ice on the app. I called TWICE and no one answered. Got there and asked, guy said "It's already made." I told him we tried and he goes "I can't just dump it out." The cup is 95% ice, so obviously it tastes like water!!!! The sandwich is small and cold! The fries are cold and there is no real difference between medium and large! Not to mention, NONE of the fries are longer than a toddler's pinky!! This makes no sense at all!!! The food costs too much money to not be the way you want it and not even be HOT! 😤

  Husband ordered the garlic clucker grilled which he orders all the time and today on May 4th 2026 we get home and he realizes it's got pickles all over it which it is never had before and bacon which has never come with bacon on it so they gave him the wrong sandwich when I tried to call that store it automatically goes to a voicemail saying the person you are trying to call has a voicemail that has not been set up so we can't even call the store to make a complaint and try to make it right and I ordered the baconzilla with no cheese got home it's got cheese on it luckily I'm not allergic to cheese I just don't particularly like it on my burgers but if I'd have been allergic to it there could have been a major problem do better

  I was served a burger that was completely undercooked raw and purple in the middle. This is not just ‘bad food,’ this is a HEALTH RISK. Someone could get sick from this. I tried calling the store multiple times and got no answer, which makes this even worse. There’s clearly a lack of basic food safety and accountability here. This needs to be addressed immediately. And best believe I will be reporting this to the health department and contacting Checkers Drive-In Restaurants corporate because this is unacceptable. I will NEVER order from here again.

  The most dirtiest places I have ever been in the bathrooms were out of soap and paper towels the towel dispenser was ripped off the wall laying on the urine soaked floor as for the dining area the floor hasn't been swept or mopped in a very long long time dirty tables food and trash on the floor. As for customer service it was terrible everyone on there cell phones or watching basketball on the TV. Our order was wrong and never corrected the food was put together very sloppy and the fryer grease Definitely needs changing! The kitchen was a total mess! I think the whole place needs to be shut down for a week for a deep clean and repairs and maybe some new management and employees
