I order here all the time online for pick up but I never get my free pita bread. I specially ask for it in the app and the last 5 orders, I haven’t gotten it. When my husband picked up the order today, he asked the girl at the register if we can get it, and she handed it over but had an attitude about it. She also mentioned they don’t normally package it for “pick up and delivery orders.” Why advertise it in the app that we get free pita with a bowl, if not included? I’ve gone to other locations, Gainesville and the North side location and they do include the pita, even when we order for pick up through the app. Besides that, the food is great and I do appreciate the quality. I just wish the service was a little bit better. I’ve had better experiences at different locations. I work 2 jobs and my husband has 14 hour shifts at work, sometimes getting takeout is easiest for us and doing online pickup is the most convenient way and this is was we look forward to after a long day. Maybe the experience would be better if I went in and dined inside. Update: Just got home and there’s no protein in my bowl even though I ordered my bowl with the honey chicken. It was disappointing but I called the store and the person over the phone offered to remake it so I do appreciate that. she was very nice about but the only thing is, my husband did have to go back to the store to get a new one

The chubby male manager with the beard on duty was very very nasty and rude to the employees. I dont do reviews often but this takes the cake! I love coming to this location and the food is always good but the customer service is at an all time low. If the manager is behaving this way, I can see where the employees get it from.

Got there about 12:45 on Friday lunchtime. Wasn't horribly busy, dining room about half full. Menu boards not working. Young lady behind the counter was literally shoveling food into the guy ahead of me's bowl so fast like she was trying to break a record or something. She asked me very rushed, what can I get you? I don't know, it's my first time in, and the menu boards are all black (no power). She starts slamming some menu cards on the counter again, so rushed like there was a line aroynd the building (there was no one behind me in line). I made my decision and she began scooping food into my bowl again so fast like she totally didn't give 2 shits about my food. Cashier was not rude but, definitely not friendly either. Food was actually pretty good flavor but atmosphere and customer service sucked.
