  I ordered a salad for my wife since she loved Cava . Costumer servicie was amazing , Julian take care of the order he was really patient . Will come back again .

  You walk into the Cava on Tennessee street, greeted by the scent of delicious well prepared nutritious food. The BEST Cava I’ve ever been to. Special shoutout to Eliana, THE BEST CAVA EMPLOYEE IN THE WORLD. And DIAMOND IS THE BEST GENERAL MANAGER OF ALL ESTABLISHMENTS. Go get it cava!

  Really great experience overall. The staff was friendly, everything was quick, and the service was great. Diamond was especially helpful and had a really positive attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Had THE best experience today at the Cava West Tennessee location. Was there with my 87 year old mom during the lunch rush. It was packed. The entire crew-Zanard, Rena & Jaden were so kind, friendly, patient and professional! It was so refreshing! Thank you, Cava W. Tennessee, you are so appreciated!!

  Place looks like a dump with buckets to catch dripping water from the ceiling in the dining area, drink fountain leaking underneath, and utensils just sitting out in the bulk plastic wrap they were shipped in for customer to pick through. Online orders are NEVER ready on time, even when it's slow. Plan for your pickup orders to be ready 30 to 40 mins after the original time. I sat there and watched them start making my order only to stop to handle orders from new customers walking in. So they made my order over a span of 40 minutes, so it was all cold by the time I actually got it. Go to the location on Thomasville Rd....they are better!
