  Came for my birthday dinner, everything was great! My steak was perfect, service was perfect as well. I love to come here for Father's Day, and my birthday, can't rave enough about their Blackberry Sangria!

  Two hours to close - over 75% of the restaurant closed forcing families with babies and children to sit at the bar. Host was unwelcoming “can I help you” This is unacceptable for a family dining establishment at 8pm on a Tuesday This is our go to for birthdays and you ruined mine.

  This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had. What was supposed to be a special birthday celebration for my friend ultimately became an evening of frustration and disappointment. From the moment we arrived, we felt noticeably out of place. We were the only Black patrons in the restaurant and were seated all the way in the corner, which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere. While I understand that seating arrangements can vary, the overall experience left us feeling unwelcome. Unfortunately, the service only added to the disappointment. Our waitress rarely checked on us and did not seem particularly knowledgeable about the menu when we had questions. I ordered the chicken parmesan, and the quality of the meal was extremely poor. The chicken lacked the crispiness I would expect from chicken parmesan, and the pasta tasted as though it had been sitting for quite some time. My friend also ordered a sangria, which was left sitting at the bar instead of being brought to our table promptly. By the time it arrived, the drink had become noticeably watered down. Every individual issue might have been overlooked on its own, but the combination of poor service, disappointing food, an uncomfortable atmosphere, and the lack of attention to our experience made the entire evening particularly frustrating. This was especially unfortunate because it was my friend’s birthday, and we were hoping to celebrate and enjoy our time together. Based on this experience, I would not return to this location or recommend it to others.

  A huge thank you to Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Tallahassee, Florida, for the wonderful service you provided for our son’s engagement party on August 12, 2026! 💍❤️ We had over 60 guests, and everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff did a wonderful job making sure everyone was taken care of. Thank you for helping us celebrate such a special occasion and for making our family’s engagement celebration so memorable. We truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service from everyone who helped make the day so special! Great food, great service, and wonderful people! Thank you, Carrabba’s!

  I just wanted to let you know about my visit to the Tallahassee Carabbas yesterday, 09.03.26. I arrived around 11:45 am and took a seat at the bar. No one approached me for a loooong time. (FYI, I opened Carrabba's in Tallahassee as a server.) When the bartender walked behind me, she threw a bunch of napkins and a menu in front of me. Again, a long time went by, and she finally came back and asked me what I wanted to drink and food. I ordered a Tito's and OJ and a chicken trio to go. 25 minutes later, a man who said he sometimes plays a manager walked by. I told him it's been 25 minutes. I don't want the food; I will pay for the drink and go. I pointed to the herb plate she gave me, and it was half full of herbs. I asked isn't suppose to be a spoonful?? Yes, he said. She is normally good; I don't understand. I insisted on paying for my drink and was leaving. As I was exiting, the hostess said, 'You don't get to talk bad about our servers." I pointed my finger at her and said, 'You don't get to talk to me like that." I looked to the very meek 'manager' and said, ' Are you going to allow her to speak to me like this?' He said, 'Well, I will have a conversation with her.' The hostess then said, ' Let's call 911.' The 'manager' never instructed the hostess to call the police, as I was leaving. Then, by chance, a couple of Tallahassee's finest were dining, fast approached me, and asked me what was wrong. I said, 'Nothing; it was over a 25 minutes for a togo order, and I complained. I am leaving.' How far has Carrabba's fallen to oblivion? The hostess showed more aggression than the 'manager". They called the police on me (w/o manager approval) for complaining about poor service? I work downtown and drove 25 minutes just to get lunch. Never again. And I am telling everybody downtown.
