    I went in to get 10 wings when they brought out the wrong flavor wing I asked for the manager, I was meet by Ashley. She was extremely rude and aggressive to me when I told her my order was wrong. And told me to find somewhere else to eat if it wasn’t up to my “expectation” when she left my table I heard her cussing our server out loud and continued to be extremely rude. And still didn’t refund us or compensate with the wings we ordered. Over all I think the experience wouldn’t have been so bad if we was met with a nicer manager.

    My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was mixed. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, but I feel it’s important to address the service we received during our visit. Our server, Laila, provided very poor service throughout the night, despite the restaurant not being busy. The first round of food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but after that, it became extremely difficult to get any assistance from her. When we were ready to place additional orders, she was often helping other tables while completely overlooking ours. We actually had another server step in multiple times to help us, and he was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he ended up taking care of us for most of the evening. We waited around 40 minutes just to place our second food order, and it was not Laila who took it. Later, we decided to order one final round of appetizers before leaving, and we ended up waiting nearly an hour before anyone helped us again. Once again, the other server was the one who assisted us. In addition, our waters were never refilled. One of the waters initially brought to the table appeared yellow, and I wanted to ask for a replacement, but Laila rarely returned to check on us. Aside from dropping off food once, she never asked how everything was, whether we needed anything, or if we wanted to order more. The lack of attention and professionalism made the visit much less enjoyable than it should have been. That said, I do plan on returning because every other employee we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. However, I would not choose to have Laila as our server ever again.

    I had a really frustrating experience at Buffalo Wild Wings today, which is disappointing because my husband and I are regular customers here. We come in often for the Pick 2 specials at the bar, so this isn’t a place I normally have issues with. Today I redeemed my birthday reward wings and placed the order ahead of time for a 1:00 PM pickup. I arrived right at the scheduled pickup time expecting it to be quick and easy. Instead, I was completely dismissed by the employee (Trez) at the counter. I was standing there waiting, and rather than acknowledging me, he answered the phone and took a full order while I was still waiting in front of him. When he finally spoke to me, he told me my order “wasn’t ready” and that it would be a few more minutes, then proceeded to take another phone order. At that point I called my husband and told him I couldn’t believe my simple 6-piece order still wasn’t ready even though I had placed it an hour earlier. Trez then got off the phone, went through the door, and came back out about 15 seconds later saying my food had actually been sitting there for over 30 minutes and was cold. That’s the part that really upset me. Why tell me it isn’t ready when it’s been sitting there the whole time? I picked it up exactly at the scheduled pickup time, so there was no reason for it to be cold or for me to be told conflicting information. As regular customers who spend money here consistently, I expected much better customer service and communication. This should have been an easy birthday pickup experience, but instead it left a really bad impression.

    This is less of a complaint and more of a safety concern. I was just there on Sunday, 5/3/26 and their carbon monoxide detector went off twice while I was sitting at the bar. The employees shut it off and ignored it and said it had been going off since this morning. I asked one of the staff if they were sure it was a false alarm and that there was no CO2 in the building, and her response was “idk my shift is about to end”. So I got a box for my food, closed out and left. IDK maybe some training on what CO2 is and how dangerous it is needs to be implemented or some other protocols need to be put in place so they know to call the fire department when that goes off, but this employees response didn’t make me feel safe staying there. I’m really not trying to snitch or be difficult, but this is literally a life or death situation

    Had a party of 20+ for my nieces graduation. Small children included. After almost 3 hours, over half the party still hadn't received their orders and the food that did trickle out was cold and unseasoned. Finally got the manager to come out, he was rude and wanted to comp food we never received. You can't comp something we were never got, you're just not allowed to charge us for it. He could have comped the cold food that came out an hour after it was ordered, but he didn't. After we asked to cancel the remaining items on our order and just get the check so we could leave, it took another 40 minutes. Went inside to find out what was taking so long and I was gaslit and told he had to tell his kitchen to not make the food. Dude, trust me, they weren't making the food. On a side note, my niece, a black women, was told for a large party we would have to be seated outside, but an equally large party of white guys were seated inside afterwards. This is literally the worst place in Tallahassee. I've never seen such a poorly ran establishment, and racist to boot.
