But after I just went there the attitude and handling from the staff was unpleasant, inattentive and short. Message received though I know what to expect from Brueggers bagels and will not be ordering catering from them again

I got hungry creating the order and decided to come to the Mahan location. The staff was kind and personable. I did not get his name but I was recommended the new dragon fruit lemonade which was a 15/10. I also tried the new pastrami egg sandwich which was very good. The meat was tender and the sauce was great. I left with joy and whimsy in my heart. I look forward to the catering order

Telling him not to wait until 10 minutes before close to come in and order. He was there no later than 1:50, they close at 2. Then as I was heading to the car, my husband wanted to go in and use the restroom. 1:55 ish. She already had the other door locked. I let him in and said, “he’s just using the restroom “. She muttered under her breath that it was 4 mins to close. I’m not sure what you don’t understand about business… if you are open til 2, the person that walks in at 1:59 to order should get the same treatment as anyone else that day. Shame on you! Rudeness and selfishness at its core.
