I ordered a dozen plain bagels, not long after 12 PM today and when I went to pick them up, the man gave me so much attitude about how I should have ordered them earlier or given them a call because they weren’t gonna make any more plain bagels. Mind you they still are open for 2 hours. Maybe I just don’t know how long it takes to make bagels but regardless he went on and on giving me so much attitude and being mean to me about how they’re not gonna have many more people come in and I should call them in the morning for my bagels. This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had at this location and I frequent it

They now address me by name, which is refreshing in today’s often nonverbal society. Most of the time, my order is already in progress when I walk in—I simply pay, grab my coffee cup, and head to the coffee station. One of the perks of being a regular customer. I highly recommend this location!

I gave it another try a few months ago, and I was shocked to see it was running like old times! The service has been fantastic since. I usually go in once a week, and even for only once a week I'm greeted by name. 10 out of 10 recommend! If you, like me, had stopped going because of slow service and issues, definitely give it another try again! Already looking forward to my yummy breakfast sandwich next week ☺️
