  We had 6 pm reservations for 3. We waited 30 minutes to be seated. We had a seven year old with us but weren’t offered a children’s menu. We had to ask for it. We were handed a folded piece of paper but no crayons for our child to write with; had to ask for that too. Once seated, we waited another 30 minutes more for bread and now it’s been 30 minutes since we placed our order and still no food. BTW, the restaurant is now pretty empty - but no food.

  I love the food and the dining experience. The hostesses have been difficult and not pleasant when it comes to making reservations. The website is deceiving from what is advised over the phone and in person. The website states to call if you don’t see your reservation time available or party size. When you call, I always get they are not receiving reservations and have to go another avenue where the request is made but not through the hostess. I have encountered three times where I was dissatisfied with reservations. The recent occurrence was tonight. The other two occurrences I had reservations they did not honor my request and I had to speak with a manager to resolve all issues. It’s almost make you not want to visit the restaurant.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location as well as Aventura Florida's location which is now closed as it should be. The level of professionalism was far below what I expected, and the service I received felt biased and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. The staff’s behavior came across as dismissive and, at times, discriminatory. This made what should have been a pleasant dining experience feel unwelcome and frustrating!!! I hope management takes concerns like this seriously and works to ensure all guests are treated equally and with respect. Furthermore, I asked the MANAGER NOLEN for Corporate telephone number. He said and I quote "You can find it online". Very horrible experience. I'd NEVER step foot back in any Bonefish grill so no accommodation needed, however, this matter will be escalated.

  We’ve eaten here many times over the years. Had lunch today and the food looked and smelled like cafeteria food. Their famous garlic mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. The fontina chop was mediocre and over sauced. My husband had fish and chips, a prior favorite. It seems they changed from the once fluffy and perfect tempura batter to something different. It was meh. We won’t be going back. It was a waste of money.

  Ordered to go after a long day. Looking forward to trying the bourbon salmon. Picked up my order and returned home to find a bag missing the salmon and having a bunch of chocolate chip cookies instead…🤷‍♂️. They did provide the two sides and a loaf of bread. I was really looking forward to trying that bourbon salmon and was mad at first but laughing at the randomness of finding a bag FULL of chocolate chip cookies instead. The irony is I am on a diet that prevents me from eating cookies so I just have to toss them away 😭 they look so warm and gooey but I cannot because they will set me back a few pounds
