  Was told there was a 30 minute wait for what I wanted to order (8 pieces of chicken) all because every employee was outside hanging out Will not be returning to this location ever

  Got there at 9(just now), was told by the guy at the very end of the order they only accept cash... Don't bother

  Disappointed. We stopped at a Bojangles in Louisiana and had a great meal. So we wanted to try again on our trip through Florida. Mistake. The food here is totally different. The the chicken strips tasted like frozen chicken from a bag. The batter was not crispy at all. See photo. So if you're passing through, don't stop. The staff? Well... I won't say anything about them. But if you like seeing employees underwear, then stop by for that.

  Food was cold, there was confusion in the kitchen, we werent given untensils to eat with.

  The staff is always friendly. The food is hot and fresh, without a long wait time going through drive- thru. If you're dining in, the lobby is clean and always has utensils and condiments fully stocked.
