This was an online delivery order since I am mobility challenged, I ordered a BOGO sandwich and some fries. Really wish I'd gotten the fries too, would've set off the sandwiches so well. And this is the second time they've done this to me.
Unfortunately this store is hiring people who can't read, don't care, or are skimming off food from orders so they have something to eat when break time rolls around
If I get desperate enough in the future I might order from these sub legal sellers, but I hope I never get that desperate.
So best advice, A) be sure you get pictures of your order at the counter and video as you open your order.
Or B) go get a sub, there's a few good places here in town.

Wanted to get a turkey gyro, im aware they're "not on the menu" anymore but I recently was at another arbys and they let me order it from the off menu section. This arbys refused to even try.
Been coming this arbys for 15 years, foods always great, but when I make a pickup order during BUISNESS HOURS, then I expect to be allowed in the lobby and allowed to wait for my food. Instead your worker told me " i know the sign says 10 but we're not open yet" not open yet but buddy has time to go outside and smoke a cigarette. Crazy.
Arby’s has really gone downhill in both food quality and service. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and got home to find there was no turkey—how do you miss the main ingredient? My fries were cold, too.
When I tried to address it, one manager was helpful, but the others were rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. I even reordered the sandwich, only to get a cold one with barely any turkey. The menu doesn’t clearly state it’s served cold, and for $9, the quality was unacceptable.
Customer service should never be worse than the mistake itself, but that was the case here. I won’t be returning. Check your order before you leave.
