  Big fan of this place! First timer and olde school "just a regular brewed hot coffee" patron. You can judge a place by how well they get the fundamentals right. All the high tech coffee chemistry (i.e. flavors, colors, sweeteners, mixers, temperatures and textures almost require a dress rehearsal before ordering) gives me the longing for simplicity but I get how we Americans love variety and just wanted to give a nod of approval that I'd definitely return for the "GOFB" (good old fashioned brew).

  I visited yesterday as I was leaving town, I’ve never had a negative experience before. However, the girl taking my order selected a flavor that they were apparently out of, not a big deal. Then a girl from the door starts screaming and berating her right in front of me. I was completely appalled, I’ve worked in similar environments, coffee shops and restaurants, and that behavior is absolutely never necessary especially in front of a customer. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope corporate is aware of this situation.

  this was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a coffee place ever. The workers name was Marie. She was the most disrespectful, rude, and incompetent worker i’ve ever met. We ordered 5 drinks and she managed to get every single one wrong, and when we were trying to kindly correct her, she was giving us such insane attitude and being overly rude while asking what else we had to put in the drinks as if we were inconveniencing her for getting OUR order wrong. Like bro as a customer idk we have 5 drinks that’s a lot to memorize. it would be perfect if you had a system to tell you what are in the drinks. oh wait. there is. Also I am a coffee barista too so I understand and this was just completely unacceptable. anyways i love 7 brew tho and jocelyn the district manager was very nice.

  Really enjoying the new 7 Brew app! It’s convenient and easy to use, and I love being able to place my order ahead of time. Seeing all that is offered makes it easier for me to decide instead of holding up the line. One thing that would make the experience even better would be a separate drive-thru lane for online orders, along with the ability to pay when placing the order in the app. And a big shout-out to the server who helped me — she was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and full of positive energy! That kind of enthusiasm makes a great experience even better. Keep up the great work, 7 Brew!

  I’m definitely a SEVEN BREW girl. Customer service is always amazing. You’re not pulling up ordering and they shut the window in your face. It’s they greet you offer you choices if your not sure what you want. But, while waiting for your drink they communicate with you. What’s your plans for today? Or, How’s your day going? Just a simple hello could make someone’s day. From the outside looking in SEVEN BREW you have some pretty good employees in Tallahassee Florida. Continued support and god bless for such an amazing business. Thank you Mrs. Lorrie Hargrove & Family.
