Every 7 brew coffee across America which I have stopped, and ordered it appears to be drive-thru only, not like a Starbucks. Caution, The drive-thru at 7-Brew's is always 7 cars deep 🚗. No need to fuss, it's great coffee.

I think they used plain water in it instead of the carbonated water. I decided to treat myself. I was very disappointed and when I complained I was told that it's supposed to taste that way!!!! I don't know if I'll go back if that's there idea of customer service.
