  Always love coming here and this time We came here right as the place opened service was very quick. The server did not make us feel rushed or pressured however, The One pasta did take about a half hour to come out and came out at the end by itself. It was well worth the wait Will be back!

  this was by far the most disappointing experience I've had. At125 dollars per person, I expected an exceptional brunch. Sadly, the experience did not justify the price. The buffet lacked both variety and creativity. There were very few salads, a limited selection of hot dishes, and the main entrées consisted mainly of roast beef, chicken, and salmon. For a luxury hotel of this caliber, I expected a much more refined and imaginative menu. The desserts looked mass-produced rather than house-made, and there were no quality pastries or artisan bread—both of which I consider essential for a high-end brunch. There was no real à la carte menu for made-to-order hot dishes. The only options available were pancakes or waffles. I ordered the pancake and was genuinely surprised to receive a plate with just a single pancake. I've attached a photo. Beyond the presentation, it was bland and lacked flavor. Overall, the food was uninspired, lacked creativity, and was not memorable. It felt more like an average hotel buffet than the luxury brunch one would expect from a Four Seasons. The only highlight of the experience was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and highly professional. They truly deserve recognition for their excellent hospitality. In summary, while the service deserves five stars, the quality of the food, the variety, and the overall culinary experience do not come close to justifying a price of 125 dollars per person. Having experienced many Four Seasons brunches worldwide, I know the brand is capable of delivering something far more exceptional. Unfortunately, this location fell well below those standards, and I would not return for brunch.

  I highly recommend Lido at The Surf Club located inside the Four Seasons in Surfside, FL. It is located inside an iconic space that has decades of history and their new head chef, Chef Michele has updated the menu in an exciting manner keeping true to Italian flavors with his twist. The attention to detail in the service is amazing, our server Mario was kind & attentive, even the food runners are on top of everything with a way that is smooth and doesn’t bother your dining experience, within a blink of an eye they are bringing fresh clean plates and utensils for every dish. We even had another chef I think his name was Fernando that came out to introduce himself to see how the dinner was going. Great classy place for a nice dinner with an explosion of flavors

  Such an amazing dining experience from beginning to end. The fish was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, especially the crudo, which was delicate, clean, and absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried was executed beautifully and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was attentive throughout the entire evening and made us feel taken care of from the moment we sat down. They gave us great recommendations for wine and cocktails, helping us choose the best pairings for each course and making the whole dinner feel perfectly curated. The restaurant itself has a beautiful atmosphere. The lighting, decor, and energy of the room create an elegant but comfortable setting that makes you want to stay and enjoy the experience. We ended the night with the pistachio gelato tower, which was the perfect final touch. Amazing food, excellent service, great drinks, and a beautiful setting. A truly memorable dinner.

  Everything we had was absolutely incredible. The quality of the fish really stood out. Every bite was full of flavor, and the crudo was unbelievably fresh and delicate. From the seafood to the pasta, every dish was beautifully prepared and tasted phenomenal. You could really feel the quality of the ingredients throughout the entire dinner. The service made the experience even better. The staff was extremely attentive from the moment we arrived until the end of the dinner. They guided us through the entire experience, recommending the perfect wines and drinks to pair with each dish and always making sure everything was exactly right without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere throughout the restaurant was beautiful as well. Elegant, warm, and relaxing, with every detail making the whole experience feel special. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we finished with the pistachio gelato tower. The perfect ending to an amazing experience. Definitely one of those dinners where everything, from the food and drinks to the service and atmosphere, was exceptional.
