  For several days I walked past this place making fun of it - a good bagel in Miami? Yeah right. Well I’m apologizing - I broke down and tried it with my buddy and it’s a serious bagel. Excellent, reminds me of the old H&H Bagels for those of you from New York. A great option if you’re in Miami Beach.

  Unfortunately, I had the same kind of experience another reviewer described, and it confirms this is not an isolated problem. My order was inaccurate in several ways, and when I raised the issue, the response was dismissive and unprofessional rather than helpful. That is what really pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but rude, defensive customer service makes it worse. For how expensive this place is, customers should at least expect fresh food, accurate orders, and respectful treatment. Based on my experience, this location consistently falls short. I will not be back.

  Sunday, bagels weren't fresh and didnt have a toaster. They forgot to add cream cheese and made the minimum effort to add it. Overall just a bushleague bagel shop.

  Highly Recommend Bagels Are Good Service Is Great Workers are supper nice Espessally Brenda She’s really nice and verry helpful and overall Great atmosphere and prices are good

  Bagels and cc are good, nice staff, and would return. They just need some help on making sure the to go orders are right - we had 2 wrong to go orders in 1 week. Suggest customers double check to go orders before leaving.
