  Jennate and Gaby were so sweet and helpful!! They had amazing customer service and made the whole experience at 16 Handles so much better. They were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

  We love 16 Handles Surfside!!! It’s so clean, the ice cream is so delicious and the employees were super friendly and accommodating to our whole family it really has the best vibe!! Definitely will be coming back!!!

  Such a great spot. The frozen yogurt flavors are delicious, and the place is always super clean and cute. I had a quick question while choosing, and the manager went out of her way to help me with a wonderful attitude. Fantastic service, will definitely be back!

  Absolutely the best ice cream! They have such a huge selection of flavors, so there’s always something new to try. The staff is always so friendly, kind, and welcoming. Special shoutout to Laz — always so nice and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite ice cream spots. Highly recommend!
