  The product at 16 Handles is excellent, the place is clean and tidy, and the service from the girls (curiously, both were named Lara!) was very friendly and warm.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great frozen yogurt and toppings! Everything was fresh and the store was very clean. Lara was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

  The service was amazing from the 2 Laras and from Janat. Since the opening Janat has been amazing and Lara and other Lara are great new additions! 5 stars

  Janat is a very fun and helpful employee, making sure that everyone is treated nicely and properly. On top of that the two Laras are very welcoming employees who provide top tier service.
