  Absolutely love this place! The frozen yogurt is always fresh, delicious, and there are so many amazing flavors and toppings to choose from. The store is always clean, well organized, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot for a sweet treat with family or friends. Great quality, excellent customer service, and such a fun experience every time. Highly recommend

  It is truly regrettable. I traveled a long way with my family, only for the trip to be a complete waste. Their hours on Google state that they close at 6:30, yet we arrived at 6:05 and were told they couldn't serve us. They really ought to be more responsible regarding the hours they publish versus the actual hours they observe at the store

  Had an absolute BLAST at 16 Handles. Like the name implies, there are 16 different types of froyo and they’re ALL delicious. You can put as much or as little froyo as you want and they have these handy little dividers that you can either have two or three separate types of froyo in one bowl OR you can just mix in as much as you want together. After you put the froyo into your cup, you have an astonishing amount of toppings and sauces you can add and build your own bowl. There’s no limit to what you can add, but be careful. I always fall into the trap of overdoing it and then paying for it later. Lmao. They weigh all you’ve put into the bowl and that’s what determines how much your bowl will be worth. We had a ton of samples and we have to say to we were completely welcomed and taken care of by Laz. Awesome person, awesome environment and amazing experience. Would definitely come back again.
