  We had such a great experience at Rainforest Cafe, and a huge part of that was our waitress Angel. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down. She checked on us just the right amount without ever being overbearing, and she made sure everything came out correctly and in a timely manner. Angel was also very patient with our questions and had such a positive attitude the entire time, even though the restaurant was busy. You can tell she really cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to have service that feels both professional and warm at the same time, but she absolutely delivered that. We would definitely come back again and hope to be seated in her section. She truly made our visit memorable.

  This was my first visit to Rainforest Cafe, and Angel made the experience amazing! She answered every question I had about the menu with patience and knowledge, and she was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. I’ll definitely be requesting her again next time we come back!

  Haven't been to the restaurant in a long time so it definitely brought back memories. The food was really good. The service was also very good, Phyllis was our server and she did a wonderful job! Very attentive and hospitable. Will definitely be returning to this location when visiting Sawgrass in the future

  We went for the volcano dessert. It took forever and the restaurant was pretty slow. The place smelled like the carpet from the 90s. That being said the animals moving around are kinda cool and the kids loved the animals, rain, and the gift shop. The dessert tasted ok. Cool presentation.

  It’s over hyped . The food is okay. We had bruschetta as an appetizer that was your Basic. The two entries we had was the python salmon, shrimp, rice, and veggies. Then we had a pasta that had vegetables in it as well. These entrées do not have no flavor in it. The price isn’t worth food. The server we had was Kesley. She was an amazing server. She made sure that we had everything we needed . She was super sweet and kind !!!! Best hospitality experience. She even switched out one of our entrées because we didn’t like the pasta and gave us another salmon dish. Overall, she made me very happy with me staying at this restaurant.
