  Sawgrass location - this was supposed to be a kids restaurant. I went with my two daughters ages 10 and 11 and was informed that in order to order from the kids menu my daughters will have to order TWO entrees EACH (total of 4 orders) due to their new policy. Like really? We talking about basic kids that might even finish 1 and you asking to order 2? A value customer was lost.

  We had a wonderful experience at Rainforest Cafe! The atmosphere is so fun and immersive, especially for kids, and the food was delicious with generous portions. A special shoutout to Christian, who took amazing care of us. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His excellent service made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

  The customer service is horrible. First I was left in the booth waiting for the lady to take down my party number. Then she left me standing there and never came back. Then the waiter never took out my kids food. Had us waiting 1 whole hour because of one plate. They never came back to ask if we had everything or if everything was OK. Just overall bad Customer Service

  Lynnea, you are a star! I took my friend who recently moved from North Carolina and I'm so happy I did. It was a last minute choice but I remembered the food being good the last time I came to RC and figured we'd try it. Our late lunch was such a hit. The atmosphere is always vibrant and fun and the food was so deliscious I did a happy dance. I wish I had room to eat more lol. I want to give a special shout out to our wonderful server Lynnea. She was so attentive and friendly and she told us all about Bobo the Gorilla who we were sitting behind. We trully had a great time. btw The Rainbow Colada was the best I've tasted. I can't wait to go back now, I won't let so much time go by before going back.

  I am a transplant from North Carolina and was referred and accompanied here by a local resident friend for the first time! First and foremost on the front line was Lynnea, our server. She was very attentive, polite, and professional with a smile. In addition, she took time out of her busy schedule to go into detail about the FABULOUS jungle theme. I was very pleased with the whole atmosphere, including the service
