  We had an incredible experience at Rainforest Cafe thanks to Jonathan! We were a party of six celebrating our daughter’s 8th birthday while my mom and dad were visiting from abroad, so it was a very special occasion for our family. Jonathan was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He patiently answered all of our questions about the menu and gave great recommendations, which made the experience even better. He helped make our daughter’s birthday celebration memorable, including the birthday ice cream, and made everyone in our group feel welcome and taken care of. Excellent customer service like his truly stands out. Thank you, Jonathan, for helping create such wonderful family memories, we hope to see you again on our next visit!

  Rainforest Cafe is such a fun place for families with kids! The jungle-themed atmosphere is amazing and really makes you feel like you’re dining in the rainforest. Every 20 minutes there’s a thunderstorm with lightning effects, animal sounds, and animated animals, which was definitely the highlight for my daughters. The kids received coloring menus and crayons while waiting for the food. They ordered pepperoni pizza, grilled chicken, fruit, and apple juice, and everything was fresh and nicely prepared. I had the Caesar salad with shrimp, and the portion was very generous. Overall, the menu offers plenty of choices for both kids and adults. The attached gift shop is worth visiting too. It has a huge selection of souvenirs with prices ranging from just a few dollars to over $100, so every child can find something special. The restaurant is conveniently located right by the main entrance of Sawgrass Mills, across from Starbucks, making it an easy stop during a shopping trip. One thing to know before you go: the playground shown in some older Google photos has been removed, which was a little disappointing because we were looking forward to it. We were also surprised that there aren’t many entertainment options for children elsewhere in the mall. Overall, we had a wonderful family lunch, the service was friendly, the portions were large, and the unique atmosphere made the experience memorable. We would definitely visit again!

  i'll be honest, getting a time set up for my ac install took longer than i wanted, and the online booking could use some work. but when the team from hv air cooling & heating llc showed up, i understood why they come so highly recommended. the installation was quick and perfectly done, really impressive. they stuck to the estimate, so no hidden fees caught me off guard. plus, they left the place cleaner than they found it, which was a nice surprise. yeah, the scheduling could've been better, but the quality of their work totally made up for it.

  We had a really nice meal here. I ordered the salmon with coconut shrimp, and it was fresh, flavorful, and came in a generous portion that left me completely satisfied. My husband enjoyed his burger, and my daughter was happy with the chicken fingers and fries. Everyone at the table finished their meals with no complaints. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and is a really enjoyable place to relax. We'd definitely come back for another family dinner.

  I will probably never comeback after the terrible experience I had. I would like to start off by saying that our server Eric was incredibly rude and slow with our service it took about an hour to get our food and it wasn’t all that good for the price of $30 just for a burger. After I only had enough money to pay for a $2 tip and when he saw that my friends did not appreciate the service they left no tip he started almost yelling and took the check from my friends hand aggressively and left cursing. I’m going to leave a complaint to management as I feel this is not the way any employee looking for a long term job should act with customers. My conclusion, Eric should be fired or reprimanded for the experience as this probably isn’t the first and won’t be the last time it will happen, the food was not great for the price but the environment was mostly friendly with the rainforest look and feel.
