  The food and service were great. No issues with the workers but my credit card didn't work when i tried to pay for my food and it worked before and after my visit there so they should get that checked out.

  This is my second time ordering from this Pizza Hut in Sunrise. I can’t believe I overpaid for pizza in our community and it was not as good as our Pizza Hut. It is freshly delivered in less than 30 minutes. It’s hot and they add lots of flavor and toppings. The delivery person is so kind. Quality food and customer service.

  The manager who said she was the General Manager (Blanta) was very rude, unprofessional, was unwilling to descalte a customer service issue & walked away from a paying customer at the counter. The behavior of this individual does not say Manager material or a good representation for the Pizza Hut organization. This person needs to be removed from her position & replacement should implement as this is not a good representation for customer for paying customers that came there for the 1st time. I advised this individual that a call in order was done over the phone & so did my friend. She said it wasn't there in the system and when the order was repeated at the counter, she ignored the person that was paying for the order & started talking to myself. I advised her that her attention should"ve been focused on him & not me, but she became frustrated, uncooperative & annoyed & decided to walk away. I will not go to this Pizza Hut establishment at this location again due to the rude & unprofessional experience that was received by her. Please address this issue, as I will promote that the customer service experience at this location is not worth spending the money there.

  Very rude the manager blanche was today. I won't be back here nomore I been coming for 7 days week . This is a lot of money loss . Having rude people working for pizza hut . In this store . This is why u have a review 3.4 . . Keep the mean employees.

  This Saturday around 7 PM there was a girl working at the cashier who clearly has no idea how to treat customers. She was disrespectful for no reason and acted as if doing her job was a burden. Mistakes at work can happen and are understandable, but having such poor manners and showing complete indifference about the job is not. I’ve been coming to this place for more than 10 years and have never experienced someone like that before. This location seriously needs better supervision, especially on Saturdays.
