  Where do I start? This is the worst Papa John’s in history of Papa John’s. Josh!! You are the worst customer service rep ever, you chose to work in food industry. No one forced you, why go to work if you hate your job? I ordered my food at 8:45PM. After waiting an hour my husband called the store and we were told that there was a delay and the site isn’t working but our order is going out the door as we speak. 45 mins went by and still nothing! When I decided to call the store Josh picked up and was so rude. I told him I was told my food was on the way 45 minutes ago, his response was “Well, if you don’t want it, I’ll just cancel your order.” I told him you can’t do that especially due to how long I’ve been waiting. He then said “Watch me, order cancelled. Enjoy your night” and hung up on me! I called back and told him I will be making so many negative reviews due to his poor service and he said “do whatever makes you happy”. So here’s the 1st task of me doing what makes me happy Josh!

  I had a weird system issue that caused me to get charged for my order but it was never put into the system. I called the customer service line and while they fixed the issue it took almost two hours to receive my order because of the set back. However, the manager of the store (Russ) heard what happened and was happy to make things right. I really appreciate the consideration because it was a system error and not any humans fault.

  La atención de los brother en la tienda bien, la tienda limpia pero la Pizza de verdad que no sabe a nada, super tostada y el Peperonni cortado súper súper finito que no deja apreciar el sabor en lo absoluto. Sin hablar del queso que Creo ni le pusieron o será otro material parecido al Queso, deben revisar y monitorear los procesos y calidad de los ingredientes! Sé que todo a cambiado por costos y todo eso de economía pero es mejor aumentarle el precio y mantener el sabor único de la empresa.
