I had an online order place at 7:30pm they call me when I am outside to tell me they had no onions no problem,I go in and wait, by 8:20 still no update on my order, then your waiting on more pizza since I had 2, ok. No problem get the pizza its wrong, nothing said to me no apology nothing, just ill make it again another 20 minutes l. Mind you pick was between 740-7:50 i didn't leave there until 1 hrs later at 8:45, very disappointed and everytime you asked to look up the name no one seemed to understand, and I wasn't the only individual waiting, I understand its busy and I can be patient but no response no1 at front to answer how long or what's going on, just let us know its busy. But an hour later is uncalled for and on top of that wrong order. Very disappointing

Horrible customer service. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging I walked in. With customer service this bad the only way they can stay in business is by having cheap pizza.

I usually buy there, it's the closest to my house, today I bought and the pizza and garlic sticks were very tasty.. there was something different, the dough was tastier and the baking perfect. I congratulate you!!!

Where do I start? This is the worst Papa John’s in history of Papa John’s. Josh!! You are the worst customer service rep ever, you chose to work in food industry. No one forced you, why go to work if you hate your job? I ordered my food at 8:45PM. After waiting an hour my husband called the store and we were told that there was a delay and the site isn’t working but our order is going out the door as we speak. 45 mins went by and still nothing! When I decided to call the store Josh picked up and was so rude. I told him I was told my food was on the way 45 minutes ago, his response was “Well, if you don’t want it, I’ll just cancel your order.” I told him you can’t do that especially due to how long I’ve been waiting. He then said “Watch me, order cancelled. Enjoy your night” and hung up on me! I called back and told him I will be making so many negative reviews due to his poor service and he said “do whatever makes you happy”. So here’s the 1st task of me doing what makes me happy Josh!
