The staff was not attentive to pickup orders, and there seemed to be very little organization when it came to determining who arrived first. Customers who arrived after me were being helped before those who had already been waiting, which was frustrating and unnecessary. To make matters worse, my food was cold when I received it, and there was a hard piece in the burger meat that made the food unpleasant to eat. For the price of the meal, I expected much better service and food quality. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the staff should be more attentive to pickup customers and ensure orders are handled in an organized and timely manner. Overall, this was a poor experience from both a service and food-quality standpoint.
