When I arrived, there were still approximately five hours remaining before closing, yet I was greeted with unfriendly service. Rather than receiving a simple “Welcome in,” “I’ll be with you in just a moment,” or “Sorry for the wait,” I felt as though I was looked at with annoyance or disgust. The food itself was good, which I appreciated. However, the lobby was noticeably dirty and did not reflect a clean or welcoming environment. Combined with the lack of hospitality from the staff, it made for an unpleasant visit. Given the amount of traffic this location appears to receive, I believe it would benefit from additional attention to customer service and lobby cleanliness. A focus on creating a more welcoming atmosphere would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The shake was brought to our table and assumed the food would be brought there too…nope. It was sitting on top of the fry station getting cold. Food was good but not the same as other Five Guys in the area. I think employees could be trained and vetted a little better

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
