Let’s set aside the fact that there wasn’t even a simple greeting. From the moment I walked in, the attitude was completely indifferent, with gestures that clearly said, “What do you want?” without a single word being spoken. Communication was practically nonexistent, and the overall treatment was extremely rude. When it was time to give me my change, the employee practically threw the money at me instead of handing it to me respectfully. As a customer, and especially as a woman, I felt disrespected and very uncomfortable. Everyone can have a bad day, but that does not justify treating customers with poor manners, a bad attitude, and a lack of professionalism. This was a very disappointing experience and something management should seriously address.
