All four of us ordered steak, and every single steak was very tough, chewy, and full of fat. It was so difficult to chew that even my son struggled to eat it. For the price we paid, the quality was nowhere near what we expected. We ended up barely eating the steaks because they were that bad. The only thing that was actually good was the queso and chips. Overall, this was a very disappointing meal, and we definitely won’t be rushing back.

- MTM TJul 31, 20262.0By far, the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The staff is all extremely rude, impatient, and disorganized. The service area is dirty, and they are constantly out of food options. I went during lunch time and they were out of white rice with a super long wait. Another day, they will be out of chicken, or steak, or some other ingredient. I understand that this place is busy and gets a lot of foot traffic, especially during lunch time. But it is busy and backed up simply out of being busy, or due to the staff being incompetent and poorly managed?

Also, she charges the tortilla for the burrito bowl. I understand that the people who work in the Food service industry are very busy and have a hard working schedule but as a customer, we are expecting to receive the best possible service from the team.
