- ACAndres CelaSep 25, 20261.0ROACH ALERT / BAD SERVICE ALERT!!!! I emphatically do not recommend anything from this establishment. On September 23rd, I ordered a bowl where the waitress was conversing with her other colleagues and was unable to give me the order I had initially requested. She was rude, as I ordered two bowls and only requested one. As soon as I complained about this, she threw away the second bowl and then tossed the remaining bowl into the register. The customer service they provide is deplorable. There are better Chipotle locations that offer superior service. Also when I went to wash my hands I saw that in the men's bathroom on the bathroom grate there were cockroaches.

I suggested that they check the food in case there were more pieces. Unfortunately, they continued serving the same food as if nothing had happened.
- MBMelissa BamseyAug 29, 20261.0Absolutely disgusting experience at the Chipotle next to IKEA near 136th and Sunrise. We ordered two family meals, and not only did they barely fill up the containers, but they actually gave us MOLDY TORTILLAS. Finding mold on food that was served to my family is completely unacceptable and a serious food-safety concern. After seeing the tortillas, it made us question the freshness and safety of everything else we were given. We ended up not feeling comfortable eating the food. For the amount of money we spent on two family meals, we should have received proper portions and, at the absolute minimum, food that was fresh and safe to eat. Management seriously needs to look into the food handling and freshness at this location. We will not be returning.
