  never again. This place was absolutely disgusting, I wish I could post the video but there was a roach crawling around the condiment bar. The environment is incredibly unwelcoming and to top it all off their food gave me a rash. I’ve eaten at many chipotles prior to coming to this location and not a single visit has ever resulted in me getting a rash. As someone who handles food and beverages and knows what the general standards for food safety are, the condition of this place is truly terrifying and probably the worst I have witnessed. Please do yourself a favor, save your money and go literally anywhere else but this chipotle.

  La comida es igual siempre no me encanta pero queda uno bien. Las chicas atienden con lentitud y aburrimiento y muy serias.

  Me sorprende como se encuentra Chipotle ahora la gente atiende de mala gana no hay ninguna sonrisa todo el equipo se siente aburrido no se que les paso pero si no les gusta cambien de trabajo ,no solo es la comida si no que el servicio es muy importante la persona que esta en cocina tiene el cabello largo suelto y una barba bastante descuidada deberian afeitarse para trabajar en cocina y usar Maya para cabello largo, espero mejore este lugar , nos encantaba !!! El producto estuvo 5 de 10 no se que te paso Chipotle .Sonrian al cliente mejorarian sus tips!!! Saluden a cada cliente que esta detras de la vitrina por un pedido!!!

  Had the worst experience at this Chipotle. Servers were very rude and disrespectful, the manager was like a 12-year-old kid and was also rude who didn’t even let me talk. The cashier also was rude and I asked a question and didn’t even let me finish the question before answering “I don’t know” with a very dry and annoyed answer. Asked the first person if she knew when they were replacing the brown rice that was already done and she said “I don’t know whenever I asked them to bring it and when this finishes” I asked her do you have an estimate and she replied with “like I said whenever I ask them to bring it and this finishes” when they got the rice out, she wanted to mix the old rice that was already almost done with the fresh rice, I asked her to please serve me before mixing it and she got upset gave me a really bad look and asked someone else to help me, the whole front staff (except for one) needs training on customer service and how to talk to customers. And the manager needs to be more presentable and needs to let customers speak their concerns and look at the customer in the face while he speaks and also maybe introduce himself. Please, give them all a training in customer service or replace them with people who actually wants to work because these people are giving this location a bad reputation. I’m there as a paying customer, not begging for free food. I see other people are complaining so I think it’s time to recycle the front and management staff.

  Costumer service is horrible. I go here all the time and it has genuinely been a problem every single time. Its always an attitude and a problem when u ask the works a simple request which it does get busy and that can be overwhelming but if you know you have an attitude problem why apply. Today I went and the guy who cuts the steak in the back Mike with no teeth would not stop staring, pointing, and laughing at me for asking white rice. There was a female manager who was super nice and said she would speak to him. This made me super uncomfortable and not want to return to this location again. The male manager stood in the back during this and did nothing.
