    It's very obvious that the people who work here are just going through the motions. You'd think with a nearly empty dining room and nobody on line, that things would have been taken care of quickly. An employee was at the front counter as I was walking up. When I opened the door of the restaurant, she turned around and walked away. Person working the drive through walked right past me complaining about what sounded like a previous customer. At least the guy making food in the back was aware enough of what was happening to look frustrated and almost embarrassed, almost like this was not a new experience for him. Don't mind waiting when I have to. This felt unnecessary. I left as calmly as I came in. Nobody seemed to mind. If your business has front facing crew members, the least you can do is train them how to greet people.... Or change the people that you have representing your business. It's been a long time (at least a decade) since I had a reason to ring that bell in the dining of an Arby's. Don't even think this location had one. Will remember the when I'm passing by next time to just keep passing by.

    Great customer service! I was in a super rush and the team was so helpful and fast paced with my order. Not to mention the food was great too.

    Had the fresh dip royal today. It was meh🤷. Didn't look appealing or appetizing. Won't be ordering that again. I'll stick to the regular menu in the future. I do love Arby's ❤️ Just found the French dip very disappointing.

    Granted I've worked in the food service so I know how it can be annoying to get food late but tried to go in the lobby by 10:05 when they supposedly close at 11 but the doors were locked then tried to do the drive through with no luck so obviously not the greatest experience when they should be open
