  Pollo Tropical never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and hits every time. The grilled chicken is perfectly seasoned and juicy, and you can tell it’s made fresh—not sitting around like a lot of other fast food spots. The sides are just as good too, especially the rice, beans, and plantains—they really complete the meal. What I like most is that it feels like a healthier option compared to typical fast food, but still has a ton of flavor. The variety on the menu is great, so there’s always something different to try, and everything is priced pretty reasonably for the quality you get. The service is usually quick, and the staff keeps things moving even when it’s busy. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, which makes the experience even better. Overall, Pollo Tropical is my go-to when I want something fast, tasty, and satisfying without feeling heavy. Definitely one of the best spots for a quick meal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I order a family meal with cilantro sauce, I received the order without the sweet platains and without cilantro sauce. The bag was perfect sealed so no way delivered was open before I received. Everytime I buy food there even in person I have to check carefully because always is something missing or wrong size. I like apollo Tropical but here in Sunny Isles the service is not good.

  If there were an award for “Most Likely to Leave You Hungry and Regretful,” the Pollo Tropical in Sunny Isles would be undefeated. I’ve tried—repeatedly—to order party bundles from this location through UberEats. Each time, they happily accept the order… only to cancel it last minute. The party bundles are never even that large (orders for ten people). My latest attempt? I placed the order 24 hours in advance, thinking planning ahead might unlock a new level of competence. Bold of me. They canceled it 30 minutes before the lunch event—because they are inconsiderate and incompetent. Thankfully, the Aventura Pollo Tropical location swooped in and saved the day—I ordered in the spot and had my items within ten minutes. Do yourself a favor: skip Sunny Isles. This location simply cannot be trusted. P.S. Their customer service department doesn’t really care either so don’t bother calling to complain. Maybe go to La Granja… they are nicer and more capable.

  The service sucks. It’s horrible. I arrived to pick up my lunch and I told the lady that I was picking up my lunch and she said here there’s some bags in there. Read it and find your your own bag. Didn’t I opened my bag to see my food if it was correct, there was no pork, no napkins I went to ask for the fourth. I had to wait. It’s just look at you like you’re an idiot and then I went back and I asked for the package lady in the register she ignored me and did not help me out with the neck. Your place is pretty empty and they ignore you..
