  The food is usually good, and I've never had an issue before. However, I got a burger today, and when I got home and before i started eating it, I found a piece of plastic in it. I'm not sure if it came from the bun bag or if it accidentally got wrapped into the sandwich during preparation, but it was definitely concerning. I just wanted to bring it to your attention because I think it's important to double-check food before it's served to help ensure guest safety. I know mistakes happen, but hopefully this can help prevent it from happening again.

  we decided to go for some ice cream on Friday evening at this location in the villages. There was an F150 that was sitting at the menu sign and stayed there about 5 minutes then he pulled forward. He gave the person his order (about 8 minutes) and drove to the window. I pulled up and gave my order in about 2 minutes. We pulled forward and sat behind this truck for almost 15 minutes. Finally a person brough out our order because the truck was still sitting at the pick up window. I asked the delivery girl to give me the cheese sticks because I wanted to see if they were hot. The were barely warm and the sundaes were like soup! I saw my order sitting on the table at the window for almost 10 minutes so I knew it was going to be crap and wanted to see if they brought them out. They DID! I told her I didn't want it and pulled around the one of the drive up slots (remember this is a carhop place). I pressed the button and asked to see a manager. The girl replied I am sorry what did you say? I repeated myself and she said she was not a manager then silence. Then she came back on and asked me again what I needed. I told her. I young girl with dark red hair came out and said she was the manager (she looked about 15) I told her what had happened and asked her why she could not have moved the truck up and brought out their order and served the people waiting. Her reply was WE are not allowed to move vehicles forward because it makes the people behind them wait. WHAT? That doesn't even make sense. She said she was redo the order. I never get an order redone because who knows what they will do to it. Remember, this is a carhop joint and it took them 15 to send someone out to give me my order. THEY HAVE CARHOPS! i HAVE WRITTEN TO CORPORATE AS THIS MANAGER SHOULD NOT BE IN THAT POSITION. I like sonic but this place will never see my business and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. This place sucks.

  All was well had to tell the cashier several times about my order at the window, she finally got it right food was nice and hot thanks

  I went thro the drive thru today and meet this wonderful young lady name carry and she really brighten up my day before the meal i was really stressed out and could figure it she did a wonderful job 😊
