  So idk what going on lately with this taco bell, but they aren't getting my orders right. Today is like the third time I've been back in a month, and this time I asked for two gordita crunches and a beef potato griller, and mild sauces. At least three sauces like cmon. The weird thing is the screen in the Drive-Thru said the right order. But when I got home (5 mins away) I only got two one of each. The receipt didn't even have the second one. And then no mild sauce but says milk sauce on the receipt 6 of them. I'm confused. I should've checked my bag before leaving but I didn't. The last two times they also forgot a one taco and then even gave my the wrong menu item. I love taco bell but damn the service has been crappy lately. And it wasn't 3-4 months back.

  Usually they're fast and usually my order is correct. I got a nacho bell grande this time around and the chips taste gross. Internet says either the raw chips went bad and they still used them or the oil hasn't been changed in a long time, or maybe both. Couldn't even finish it, tasted awful.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful with a mobile order issue. The kitchen ensured the food came out hot and fresh after the manager and the front staff quickly found a way to resolve the issue. Lots of good people over there, wishing them the best. You will be served with a smile over there.
