- DDDianneJul 15, 20261.0walked in about 7 o’clock and the place looked like it was in disarray…. UNDERSTAFFED..one person doing the buffet, nobody at the register except for one guy in the back that would come up every two minutes to use register In between emptying large containers of sour cream…. the whole kitchen look like it had been left with crumbs and food and sauces all over the counter. The buffet trays were half filled and old looking like they’ve been sitting there for hours and very messy tables inside …complete disaster that looked like the floor of an amusement park after a crowded day. It almost reminded me of an emergency and the restaurant had to be evacuated and left in the middle of everything If anybody from upper /middle/lower chipotle management is reading this : please get your act together. It’s really disappointing and disgusting. One positive and only one : the food was tasty.
