  Was there on 8/20 around 9 pm with my wife , line to the door, one person running the line , one cashier , 5 people in the back and 1 person running mobile orders , the staff gets pizza delivered to them they all go to the back to eat it while leaving one single person up front running orders by himself , 25 minutes go by till it’s our turn to order, only condiments left are green salsa, sour cream and cheese , out of everything else , I ask whom seems to be the manager to get some from the mobile order section since they had some there still , he said no he couldn’t , then I pay cash and bit on my card , they charge my whole order to card, takes him around 5 minutes to reverse transaction and re charge me again correct way , by then I get home at 10pm, wife lost her appetite didn’t eat , I ate only because I was hungry , worst experience there in my 20 years or so going there . Unbelievable . If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Ordered a chic bowl they were pretty cheap with the food. The bowl was hardly full to the top. On top of the the chips i ordered were so stale they taste like they’ve been sitting for a week and they were way too salty. This location needs to do better. I couldn’t even eat my food is was way to spicey i wound up throwing it away. I’m not one to really to complain but this was not ok.

  I ordered a bowl. They didn’t have any cheese any guac any pico no black beans I asked for 2 cups the workers threw four at me. And told me to throw the extra away, She was very disrespectful and rude and this is not what I expect for my local chipotle. All workers were walking around talking not working. and manager. We’re sitting around talking to each other hanging out. Terrible place terrible atmosphere terrible establishment never come here this place should be out of business

  This location has gone downhill for months now. Everytime I get the burrito it completely falls apart the second I unwrap it. Most of the time each selection on the burrito is just dumped on one spot in the middle of the burrito. And that pack it so full that whatever new kid they have wrapping them that day can’t wrap it even in the slightest. And the chips are soggy and/stale 90% of the time. I’ll be doing the extra drive to the Palm City location from now on.

  TL/DR: store is disgusting, incompetently rude employees with subtle uncomfortable hostilities, improper food handling, order was destroyed in the bag. very disappointed, very disgusted. Ordered online for pickup, waited plenty before arriving. walked in to see nobody seated inside, the floors, counters, stations, and amenities were a wreck, trash, food and mess strewn and peppered across the interior of the store during dinner on a Friday. I was the only person waiting for pickup, half my order was already finished before I arrived and had been left out to get cold. upon noticing me waiting away from the counter the shift lead stares daggers for 1-2 minutes before he notions to an employee to finish the pickup order of which they proceed to work as slow as possible before leaving the order on the back counter and walking away. at no point did any one of the 7 employees in the store attempt to communicate with me, the only customer inside the building. finally I walk up to the counter to ask about and grab what is obviously my order to which the two employees listening failed to even speak a single word back to me before immediately pointing their finger at my order, then me, and then handing it over. no wonder this place was empty, the employees body language screamed hostility while refusing to communicate to a customer, the store front is, kindly put, the bottom of a dumpster, and the food is clearly mishandled by being prepped to early and left out and not being wrapped in foil nor tortilla properly. finally when getting home to look in the bag I am the least bit shocked to see both hot burritos of which were barely wrapped in a small square of foil were spilling their contents all over the bag and bowls under. as someone who loves loves loves chipotle it is very upsetting that THIS store is the closest one to me. do better. Advice: Drive the extra distance and go to the Jensen location if you care about chipotle as much as I used too, the store front and seating is at least in better condition and I've never seen food all over the place there. otherwise, pray for this location to get the help it needs, its dreadful inside and the management is terrible.
