- JRJose Rivera3 days ago2.0Disappointing visit. The dining area was dirty, and despite plenty of employees on shift, only a few were actually working while the rest walked around talking. Management was completely hands-off. The employee who served me was nice, but when I mentioned the state of the store, she just smiled and said the manager doesn't do anything about it. It’s sad to see a location with so much potential run down by a total lack of leadership.

- HJHolly JonesApr 21, 20261.0This place has gone way down hill. There is enough staff but they all seem to not know what they are doing. Chicken was extremely cold, I got the last scoop. Gross. I asked for a chicken salad bowl, they dumped the meat in with no lettuce, and they were out of onions and peppers. The girl was trying to scrape every last piece out of the bottom. I got like 4 pieces watery onion. The woman behind me asked for some, one of the rudest staff members shruged her shoulders and said idk, rolled her eyes and pushed the woman's bowl down. Someone needs to explain to her that she is in a service industry job, if she hates people, then find another job. The food was just gross, sloppy, terrible staff. People eat it because it's easy and fast. I used to think of Chipotle as a better, healthier fast food option than a McDonald's. But, I'm not so sure now.

She was unbelievably positive and upbeat and just embodied what someone should strive to be when working in the hospitality and food industry. Chipotle should recognize her for being such a great employee.
