  Most of the time this location is decent but went in today and was it was so dirty, food all over the prep counter, drink station had mess thrown everywhere, trash inside was full with trash on the floor, plates stack to the top. There were like 10 people working. Get it together people.

  I went inside this location to order a veggie burrito, and it was so dirty behind the counter that I turned around and left. Food smeared all over the counters sauces splattered everywhere. One of the two young men working behind the counter even had a piece of food hanging from his dreadlocks. This entire location seemed unsanitary. The Jensen beach location is fine, but I would definitely pass on this one if you can.

  I live for Chipotle, so this review is not coming from a place of ill-will, I just want to see this Chipotle do great. With that being said, this has got to be the absolute most trash, poorly operated Chipotle I’ve stepped foot in. Everytime you walk in here, messier than the pollo tropical bathroom across the street. They’re always missing something, whether it’s vinaigrette, steak, chicken, cheese, it doesn’t make sense. Who’s going to chipotle and not getting cheese. Everyone in there looks depressed, and I don’t blame them, probably because they know their manager is embarrassing them everyday. I can’t explain to you how every time I come to this chipotle I myself come out depressed. I never leave satiated, with their elementary-school-sized portions. Their chips are beyond stale, they’re mush, almost wet. What’s going on in there????? They need help! #makechipotleonkannergreat In all seriousness this is the worse chipotle I have ever had the displeasure of stepping my foot in. I’ve been to a lot of them, tourist locations that are jam packed, ones in the middle of nowhere, and this one I had to just walk out of and go accross the street for other food. Insane

  ended up leaving without getting anything. Waited 30 minutes in a line out the door and they served one guest the entire 30 minutes. Two kids in the back talking only one kid working the line with a 25 person line. Terribly ran never had a good experience with this store staff is always rude never guest first. Got to the front of the line and were out of multiple things which makes no sense cause why do we have kids in the back doing nothing? At least 6 people waiting for mobile orders. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. Will not be returning

  It truly is a wonder how this location is constantly out of steak, nearly every day of every week. At some point, the decision needs to be made to either increase the size of the steak bin or make sure there is a replacement bin ready to go. As for service, it is usually quite pleasant and everyone’s pretty respectful and helpful. However, every once in a while, there seems to be a shift who genuinely just could not care less whether they get anything done or not. It’s always a gamble whenever I go in on which team I’m going to run into. Today, it was the couldn’t care less crew.
