  This location continues to open late every single day. This is the third time that I have come by within 10 minutes of them supposedly being open and they are closed. Today I called they answer the phone and I asked what time they open. I was told they open at 11:00 and I questioned the hours being posted as 10:00 a.m.. you could hear mumbling in the background and was then told that the "manager is in a meeting and unavailable until some point today"

  Well to start off, the wait to just order in the drive thru was terrible even though we are the only ones in it. Then the guy taking the order was no prize. Sounds like he's just here to be paid. After the order was done, it took forever to even get the food. The food in question was not even hot as well. Not a good Arby's trip today...

  Service is painfully slow because they are clearly understaffed. Pay your workers a living wage and people will actually apply.

  I dont have an issue with the staff. Its just that Arby's always tinkers with the menu. They put on these what look to be gigantic sandwiches on the menu, you order it, and some fall way short of what you see on the pic. Glad to see that the burger has stayed, but too many changes to the menu, and it's not really that good compared to other chains.
