  I order my family breakfast for Mother’s Day and my order was wrong I get home to my family the app exclusive free hot cakes are missing and on my big breakfast the sausage patty is missing okay no problem people make mistakes I go back to the store the manager Chris is blatantly ignoring customers at the counter the very nice lady Amanda who if I could leave 2 different reviews I would was amazing working her butt off runs up to the counter is empathetic that the order was wrong and she would correct it Chris says sorry can’t do anything I’m onto lunch want a McDouble ? Or come back another day for it no Chris I want what I ordered would you like to explain to my 8 year old why everyone else has there breakfast and she doesn’t never comes to the counter to de escalate the issue is yelling from the back nothing he can do what kind of customer service is this my order was incorrect he should’ve made the exception and corrected his wrong instead he’d rather act like filling the orders and the customer with an issue is less important then him filling his orders this was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable long story short I am very unpleased with the service I was offered today and Chris needs to find another line of work where he doesn’t have to deal with customers Amanda thank you for trying to correct my issue and I’m sorry you have to work for someone like that

  Went to eat breakfast here and had a great experience. Frank one of tbe managers there was amazing. He was kind, generous and was willing to accommodate our slightly difficult order. Big thanks to Frank for making a simple breakfast at McDonald's better and a great experience. You Go Frank!

  I have to tell you from McDonald's Starke McDonald's is always so super busy but the staff there are incredible and I believe that's because of the manager Amanda there. She runs an amazing ship over there. Food is always spot on and service is always amazing. Great job! Starke McDonald's.

  Clean location but the wait time at this location was a concern. We waited nearly 30 minutes in line for breakfast at the drive-thru and the employee has the audacity to ask us to pull up to check our bags because of the "timer". Food was okay. Hotcakes seem smaller than normal but the breakfast sandwiches were great. Orange juices was extremely watered down with a cup full of extra ice which is rare as other McDonald's do not add ice to orange juices that I have visited in the past for years. I did not request any ice either.

  Veronica supposedly to be a manager you're not a good one. You do not listen pitiful. Kita I heard everything you were saying talking about well now the nuggets were going to cold and all that foolishness. That's why I stood flat footed in front of you and said to whoever was back there mouthing off don't even know what was said. Instead kita you trying to play kiss up to Veronica and to think kita I used to give you rides homes tsk ask. And after my fries was full of salt no I didn't want anything. Then Veronica how you a manager and don't know how to give a refund kita you didn't either 🙄 it took yal at least 20 minutes to figure it out. I don't know why Mary left you in charge Veronica
