  I was having a rough day and this customer service was amazing! His name was Isaac and he was so nice and polite while making my sandwich.

  I just wanted to take the time out to thank the man that worked today May 9th at 7pm. I appreciate the jokes; hospitality and good time. Thank you so much Issac! You run the place great! 🤌🏻

  seriously , who’s running this place ? last time i ordered , i attempted to have 2 meatball sandwiches delivered . it was cancelled due to having no meatballs . tried to order tuna sandwiches today — no tuna . either management is doing a terrible job with truck orders/supply & demand or the crew isn’t preparing enough food & is being lazy ( which i find unlikely ). either way , it’s on management to find a solution . it’d help a lot if management would AT LEAST remove out of stock menu items off online applications . consistently being out of *basic* menu items then allowing customers to order them knowing they’re out of stock is bad for business .

  Ordered a salad and sub and cookies for delivery. Should have taken a picture before I cut the edges off the stack of tomatoes that came in the salad but below is a picture of the middle of the tomatoes. Had to cut the edges off cause that was all that was edible. Below is a picture of the middle of the tomatoes. If I was the owner I would fire whoever let tomatoes go out looking like this.
