- GCGuillermo CasillasSep 25, 20264.0We stayed at Rumfish resort and it was recommended by staff that we have dinner here. After day at the pool, we showered and dressed up to come in. We noticed there was Live music outside so we walked in to the patio and sat at the outside bar. The bartender was friendly and greeted us but then someone else came up to us and said we couldn't sit at the outside bar because they were closing... even though it says online that they close at 10p.. mind you it was only 830p and there was live music with nice weather outside so we were excited about having dinner outside and enjoying the music but were disappointed when we were directed to go indoors instead. We did get lucky with a great server... Natalia was fast and friendly. We ordered guava bbq wings for appetizers and while the sauce was good and flavorful, the wings felt undercooked. For entreee... We shared beef skewers with sides of coconut rice and braised carrots. The star of the dish was the Carrots... perfectly cooked in a delicious rum sauce!! Beef skewers were not bad just slightly overcooked and coconut rice was dry but good flavor. The drink i ordered was the Sangria and it was incredibly strong... I had to add water to tame it. Little pricey too... $15 Sangria. Dessert was Key Lime pie and guava cheesecake. Key Lime Pie was little tart but good flavors and fresh Cheesecake was fresh super tasty and decadent Overall a Good experience... we would come back for the carrots, guava cheesecake, and for Natalia's great service 😃

Unique & subtly entertaining experience with great food & drinks to accompany it. Nick is the best ~ ask for him in the dining room and you'll experience stellar service every time!
