  I placed a large order at this McDonald’s and ordered an iced Caramel Macchiato. When I got to the window, the employee named China handed me a hot macchiato instead. I politely explained that I had ordered it iced, and instead of remaking it, she handed me a cup of ice water and told me to pour it over the drink myself. When I asked if it could be remade properly, she said they were “too busy.” I then asked to speak with a manager. Another employee came to the window and said they would remake the drink, which they eventually did. As I thanked them and said “have a good day” while pulling away, China responded by calling me a rude vulgar name. I parked and went inside to file an official complaint. The actual store manager was not there, and I later found out the person brought to the window was not management. When China saw me come inside, she was escorted to the back while continuing to call me rude. The shift lead took down my contact information, but despite multiple follow-up calls, I have never been contacted. Very unprofessional experience and extremely disappointing customer service.

  Great place to drop by very clean and the service is impeccable, the food was good and fast to get,i do recommend this place to spend time I love it.
