  Megan was the best bartender and great service! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is like a step back in time speak easy like club! Love the intimate atmosphere away from the beach crowd! Thank you for making our date night so perfect!

  Great Food. Amazing atmosphere. Dory was our server/bartender and the smoked old fashioned was amazing. I wish the new owner Christian all the success in the world. We will be back.

  New Atmosphere new staff new food I’m here for the change still a little chaotic due to staff changes but food was amazing and the music was amazing

  Be careful. Although everything on-line including the menu suggests that this is the original Carino's, it is not! Went there yesterday. Completely different menu, completely different staff and owner. Only the Piano bar is opened. It looks like the other part is under renovation. Most of the staff were wearing party masks over their eyes. When I asked the server why, she responded that she didn't know. We decided to give it a try anyway. 4 out of 6 dinners came out completely different than what was listed on the menu. When questioned, they insisted they were correct. To the point that they insisted spaghetti/linguine was actually penne and rigatoni. We could not get any of the dinners straightened out despite speaking to numerous staff members. It was obvious that they didn't know their own menu. When the manager couldn't explain the dinners that we received either, we asked for the chef to come out and explain them but he never came out. By this time all of our dinners were so cold so we decided to leave. Hopefully they get their act together. Carino's will be severely missed.

  I made a reservation online a few weeks ago for May 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. for my husband and myself. The reservation was confirmed immediately. I received confirmation notices and reminder messages a few days before and the day of the reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant the doors were locked, there was brown paper covering the windows, and there was a small hand-written sign posted on the main entrance door that read "Closed for repairs and crew." Why was my reservation ever confirmed? Obviously, the owner and/or manager could care less about the restaurant's reputation and customer service. We went to Beuno's Italian restaurant in the Dolphin Shopping Center where we enjoyed delicious meals and excellent customer service.
