  Guess the franchise owner is gonna have to figure out the drive-through and DoorDash situation on Friday and Saturday night waiting in your lobby for over 50 minutes for a DoorDash order is an inconvenience to me and the customers who ordered on DoorDash . People are so busy doing the drive-through orders that I don’t have time to even ask if my order is already been picked up because that’s what it seems like

  This is one of the dirtiest Taco Bell’s I have ever seen the service is horrible you waiting 30+ minutes for your order every single day no matter how many people are in kitchen it’s just a horrible spot to go to

  Worst food i had in tacobell from this location. The chalupa was dry i asked for the extra potato and they dint give me that and charged extra for that. Worst will never visit again for this location.

  Usually I dont have any issues with this location but we came in ordered, got the wrong order (which wasnt the problem completely understandable theyre busy and mistakes happen) however when we came into the store to get the correct order you can see directly into the kitchen and we witnessed an employee grab her phone from her bra use it for a few moments and then with gloves on stuffs it back into her bra…. in the process of making food. Then the same employee started to pick up trash off the kitchen floor with said gloves on. The whole kitchen was a disgusting mess, toppings piled so high, trash all over the floor, reaching into the fridge with gloves on pretty much cross contamination central be careful eating here! I get it, its late and busy but thats just unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. Not to mention when we asked for a refund you can immediately tell the manager handling the refund was annoyed. The atmosphere here is not clean and definitely doesnt make me want to spend money here hope to see some changes this location used to be so good, such a shame.

  I’ve given this location many chances. But this will be the last time. Every single time I’ve been here, I use the Taco Bell app to hopefully help speed the process. It doesn’t matter. Plan to spend an eternity in the drive thru and make sure to check your bag before you leave. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location, they leave one item out. And it’s Always the most expensive item. If I order a steak burrito or cantina chicken item, that’s what they leave out. They have NEVER gotten my order right. NEVER EVER. And if you go in to get your missing item, you will wait forever. NO ONE is moving with any sense of urgency. They can have an entire kitchen full of employees and they all ignore you at the counter and will let you stand there forever. As I was standing there, I saw one of the guys making the tacos eat something off the food line he was working on. Maybe that’s why I’m always missing an item in my order?! Haha Do yourself a favor. It’s not worth it. Just skip this location.
