  I waited for a long time for this place to open and was so excited. But it is AWFUL! I only typically go in there for sodas....specifically Dr. Pepper and they are always out of it or if I get it, the soda is TERRIBLE. It has no flavor and they know it. I just went today through the drive-thru and they handed me a Dr. Pepper that looked like weak iced tea. I tasted it right there and asked if they could please give me another one as it is not good. The person helping me even admitted she knew it was bad. She said that she tried all machines and all not good but yet still chose to give it to me hoping I would not say anything. She left the window to ask her manager and came back and said I could wait 10 minutes for them to change out soda machine or they would give me a different flavor. If I come only for Dr. Pepper, why would I want something else. I didn't order food and a drink, I just ordered the specific drink. I had already waited in the drive thru line over 15 minutes for 2 drinks that took at least 10 minutes for her to pour already. So I asked for a refund and they said that is not an option. So...I had to either accept something else I didn't come for or wait an additional 10-15 min. ABSURD. It was a Saturday at lunch time and they are serving poor quality drinks and don't even care. I chose to wait, but when they gave me the second round it was AWFUL as well. I left with sodas but very disappointed as this happens often!! You would think they would be on top of it and care about the quality they are giving for the money they charge. Very disappointed in this place. There are not many places to just drive up and get a drink and it is terrible that they can't get sodas right. Seems like they manipulate the machine so it is very little syrup so they save money but customer gets charged for crap drink. Be cautious with this place. It is NOT great.

  I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do. I have this some time in thought, feeling like maybe I'm just "hangry" this morning. Nonetheless, zero stars would be best describe my experience right now. But I want to be fair because the place itself wasn't a mess. When I order food, I order what "I want" according to the menu, not according to what "you offer" me if you're out of what I ordered. It was available at your kiosk to order, but not in your kitchen. I get it, mistakes happen. So I politely declined the other option, requesting a simple refund. A lady with the name Kim on her shirt goes in the back, then comes out to tell me I've been refunded, no receipt in hand, just the word of someone I've never met before. She did offer to take a photo of her screen in the back to show me, but nothing to take with me if the refund doesn't show up on my account. So not only did I not get what I ordered, but no proof showing that I "did not receive" what I ordered as well. I felt like I was being cornered to just accept the food they offered in replacement, or possibly lose the $7.05 I paid at the kiosk. At this point, I'm tempted to just walk in and leave them a $0.09 tip on the counter because their service isn't worth a dime, but I promised myself as I walked out that I'd never return... And I'm a man of my word. So they can keep the $7.05, or just give me $6.96 back in refund. Hope this helps them make changes to better serve their customers, or at least keep others from going through the same or worse experience. I would add a photo, but didn't get a receipt. Smh

  Ordered a toasted blueberry bagel with butter and a cup of coffee. Took about 9 minutes so not the quickest but not terrible. When the bagel came out it was barely warm and was accompanied by a container of cold butter that won't even melt on this lukewarm bagel. There's actually a bagel store in the next center over. Go there instead and get a hot bagel.
