  Never been to Dutch Bros but when they opened up here, I heard all the hype so decided to check it out. I was not disappointed. I’m obsessed with their rebel Dragonslayer with a sour shot. Their portions are huge! Not complaining though! The employees are always full of energy and fun to talk to. I guess now I’m a Dutch bro.

  This location is my fave! Dani is seriously the sweetest! She is so friendly and has the best energy ever. Yummy drinks and the quickest, best service all around!!

  I have been to a lot of coffee shops, and I mean a lot of coffee shops, but this Dutch Bros location on Racetrack Road has genuinely set a standard that most establishments, regardless of industry, simply cannot touch. From the very first time I pulled up to this location, I knew this was something different. The energy here is immediate and infectious, and it doesn't matter what time of day you visit or how long the line stretches, the staff delivers an experience that is consistently outstanding. The team here is always nice. Not "customer service nice" where it feels rehearsed and hollow, but genuinely, authentically warm in a way that makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. Every single interaction feels intentional. Every order is taken with enthusiasm. Every cup comes with a smile that you can tell is real. That is not something you can train into people overnight. That is culture, and whoever is building it at this location deserves serious credit. Now, if you really want to see this crew at their absolute best, you need to visit when Mr. Dutch Bros himself, Kevin, is on shift. I am not exaggerating when I say this man turns a coffee run into a full on show. Kevin brings a level of energy, personality, and comedic timing that would honestly translate well on any stage. He is funny, engaging, and somehow still incredibly efficient at his job while making everyone around him and every customer in line feel like they are part of something special. It is a coffee shop comedy routine and I am here for every single second of it. As someone who professionally oversees numerous retail locations across multiple markets, I pay close attention to how teams operate, how culture is built, and how customer experience is delivered at scale. The Racetrack Road Dutch Bros crew is doing things the right way. The fundamentals are strong, the vibe is unmatched, and the people make all the difference. If you have not been, go. If you have been, you already know.

  Racetrack Dutch Bros is the best in North East Florida. I live closer to two other locations but choose this one to spend my money at.

  Listen, hear me out.. I was always a Starbucks girlie or an Ellianos girlie but after having Dutch Bros, this is hands-down the best coffee and best rebel energy drinks by far!! I don’t even really like the way that any other coffee place tastes anymore. Everyone at this location is amazing and very friendly, definitely recommend this over any other coffee place! I either get the 911 blended or the fire lizard rebel blended**
