Sure enough I had to microwave my food I am extremely unsatisfied and will never order from this dominos again
- BTb TAug 15, 20261.0I’m not sure what changed with this location but the last few times I ordered pizza for delivery, the order took over an hour to arrive. The pizza tracker shows the order as if it’s been delivered even though it wasn’t, which leads me to believe they’re doing something to manipulate the tracker so they can take longer to complete the delivery. This has happened multiple times, and everytime I call they either blame it on the tracker not working properly or last time it was that the system glitched. I can’t imagine that the system fails to work consistently within the last few months. Mind you when the pizza finally arrives, it’s cold as if it’s been made and just sitting somewhere. Don’t waste your money unless you’re willing to do carryout. My kids love pizza and I’ve been a faithful customer since moving here in 2022 but as of today I will officially be taking my business elsewhere. I have attached proof of when the app says my order was delivered at 11:04pm vs proof from my Ring camera of the driver actually delivering said order at 11:49pm.
