  Came to pick up my food and the guy with the dreads was mean as hell. Idk why he is mad but he needs to leave that at the door.

  Had the most unnecessary confrontation with the guy at the counter over a pizza bag for the 2nd time. Told me I was supposed to be keeping and reusing their bag between deliveries like I work for Pizza Hut, not UberEats. When I explained im an independent contractor and don't hang onto restaurant equipment, he got heated, yanked the order back like a petulant child taking his toys back and threatened to have me blocked from the store. Great because i dont need the $7 or the cancel rating & this is just one less hassle to deal with but a customer had to wait awhile for another driver while the food sat. All this energy over a bag no other pizza place even mentions. ⚠️On top of that, he's walking around wearing what looks like a surveillance camera built into his beanie, recording customers and drivers while he argues with them. Customers and delivery drivers shouldn't have to deal with that. Thats not good customer service that just antagonist. Judging by the other reviews here, I'm clearly not the only one who's dealt with his attitude. Maybe corporate should look into why this location keeps getting the complaint. Also, if reusable bags are creating this much conflict for him, the store could simply use disposable foil delivery bags instead.

  Horrible ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza breadstix .they where so old and cold both pizza and breadstix where terrible not fresh look liked a 3day old pizza you dug out of your refrigerator.. pizza hut used to be good
