  Unfortunately, we ordered McDonald’s on Uber eats over an hour ago and kept getting Drivers who canceled. We proceeded at the 45 minute mark to drive ourselves as we didn’t understand what was going on & were less than 1 mile away. Turns out this “McDonald’s was closed” when we got to the window and we were not given any reason.

  Don't expect a frappe during breakfast time. "We aren't doing that right now" not that they can't.... Just aren't. I said ok is there a specific time you do them? Guy said "I literally just have to go get a bag, probably in 15 minutes" 🤣 ok then maybe change the menu during the times you just don't want to make them. 🤦‍♂

  No long lines. I can only imagine what your homes look like. Put some pride into your job. Imagine fresh food and happy customers. Apparently, I've been a glutton for punishment. That's my bad for even trying to expect anything different. Turn the heat knob down..or something..taco bell still has you beat..with their BS they are on down there..cant find quality anything in st agustine..

  It’s a no for me with this chicken wrap at this location. I always order this but first time ordering this exact item at this location. The chicken tender is dry and old, there is a sprinkle of cheese, and the SPRINKLE of lettuce 🥬 looks like they scraped it off the floor. Also, is the ranch dressing in the room with us? 👀 0.5/10 for this late night snack 👎🏽

  I would like to tell you that the food and the service was horrible at the atmosphere wasn't that great but at 604 am the employees of this location could not manage to even take an order was no line. Whatsoever, after waiting 5 minutes and nothing, I drove away. Don't know how mcdonald's is gonna continue to stay in business
