Worker 1 asked worker 2 to get the coldbrew, worker 2 hiding in the back didnt want to make coldbrew. I asked to swap it with a latte, which tasted mostly like milk (what a waste of $6). "Oh yeah, it's disgusting" she says after I asked for a replacement, and clearly annoyed, throws it in the sink. Mind you it wasn't busy inside, I was the only person in line. Maybe ASK the paying customer if it is okay to replace the coldbrew with another liquid (which does not taste the same as coldbrew) before doing it when you think they don't hear you. I needed caffeine after driving all day and just wanted a simple coldbrew (which could've been made if they actually cleaned the machines). Shop at local small-business coffee shops instead.

They hand out cups with holes in it, cold food, and consistently have a rude/i dont care attitude. I mean if you hate your job that much just quit but dont make it everyone else's problem
